Oji sushi & sake bar

Had a really good time here. If the service staff were trained to a level of pride the chefs have they would be very exceptional. The food was amazing.

We asked to move into the corner where a couple sat and the person clearing the table pushed the food onto the floor and onto the chair. I had to ask my date to wait while I clean the chair properly and wiped the area again with the cleaner she provided me.

It was busy but I've worked busier and by myself. So service came down to being aware of what the floor has ordered and ensuring the flow of everyone is good. Very little check ins. At times the chefs served us things we needed.

In the end the quality of food is what you want but theres things to be desired by the the service... oh they didn't have cold Sapporo. One of the most popular beer was not cold. I had to order cold sake in hopes the beer would be cold after. Thats a management problem there.

As someone who use to work here, do NOT GO....the kitchen is filthy, and always has roaches. The cleaners half @ss it, and never clean correctly.

Been meaning to come here for sometime, finally got a chance to go today and very impressed! What a treat! Great sushi, great service, fair prices!! We happened to arrive at happy hour and enjoyed several items off the happy hour menu. We can’t wait to come back!

I ordered a few menu items via DoorDash. Unfortunately, DoorDash did not deliver one of the items and, they declined my request for a refund (warning to those who use DoorDash). I want to thank Mgr. Joshua for taking the time to deliver the item to me directly, that DoorDash failed to deliver. The food I did receive was delicious. Thank you again.

After a popular sushi spot closed down at the local mall I hadn’t gone to any sushi restaurant for a long time. Finally decided to give this place a shot and I was pleasantly surprised! The food we ordered was yummy! We ordered a Bento box with Chicken Teriyaki and a Shrimp Tempura Roll, a California roll and a Golden Philly Roll. The miso soup was good too.

Can the servers work on their table side manner? Yes there’s room for improvement from some of them but they weren’t rude. Is the ambience chic? No not really. Decor can use some updating for sure. And the outside seating can definitely have some cool lighting and maybe heat lamps instead of the plastic tarp they have. But the food was good. I’ll definitely be coming back ?

Service is horrible! Do they hire servers with Amnesia? how does the sushi come out before the drinks and miso soup and we asked twice for the miso soup. Also asked for eel sauce when the brought the soups and they forgot that too. How do you forget something soo fast. Not worth the trouble!!
