Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Front table and hostess are very unorganized. We were skipped twice for a table, finally walked in and the table was already occupied by another party. Had to walk back out to the front to wait once again, only after being notified for a table 15 mins ago. There were a total of 4 hostesses and it's a mess.
Aside from the ordeal, manager Brian was kind enough to apologize for the wait, and our server Jaz is kind and cheerful. Food are still good and tasty.

It's what you expect from an Olive Garden, service was pretty fast and helpful. The food was decent, although in my first chicken and gnocchi soup, I had no gnocchi at all.

Came into this Olive Garden and was seated very quickly even though it was busy. It did take away to get our order taken, I don't think we were assigned a waiter, but then the lovely manager (I think) came and helped us. We got our food quickly and the service was amazing. I tried the new Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini and it was delicious. Would definitely order it again.

Bad management

Not a fan of olive garden, but I really like this particular Olive garden. Delicious food and excellent service I got. Will come here soon..

I made a takeout order all the hostess and waiters was very nice. I sit at the waiting booth waitress came over Ask . Do I want anything to drink? I said no and then 15 minutes. My food was ready

I want to thank America our server who just made our lunch fun and welcoming. She went above and beyond for us and always checked on us if we needed anything. I told her thank you for being a great waitress and that she made my birthday lunch a good one. The food was really good this time too because i haven't been to this olive garden in montebello in years due to really bad experience FOOD wise not service. Happy to say I will be back.

it's just to expensive. even If it os all you can eat salad and soup WOW jist WOW how much salad can one it. and honestly lettuce n a few tomatoes don't make it a actual salad, just makes it a bowl with lettuce in a fancy bowl. smh. Gave it 2 stars. just to expensive...

I bought a take-out appetizer Calamari here. It looks better than it tastes, cost= $14.77, not worth it. I would not recommend it. It wasn't fresh or cooked well, too salty, and the Calamari was either old or something was off. I had a stomach ache after, sorry Olive Garden. Also, I had better elsewhere, and it was so tiny. I have dine-in a few times in the past, but the pasta is overcooked mushy and sadly not a fan to return. The salad is okay, but they put over the top sauces that the greens drowning in it and it is average. The meal is overpriced for not tasty or freshly made. However, the staff were friendly. There are plenty of free parking spaces at this location. Also, the location is very crowded because it is near Montebello Mall.

If I could give it a zero I would and this is because first a little girl threw up on the floor in the walkway of many customers and the workers did NOT clean it up immediately and didn’t make it aware that there was throw up on the floor to the customers allowing them to step on it. Then, they gave me an inaccurate time as they told me 20-30 minutes for a table of 16, but we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes just for one more table to be open and they continued to lie to others as well. This was not a good experience don’t go on a Wednesday if you plan on cancelling your table. Yes, overall a zero didn’t even get to eat, the workers were a little sassy too.

I had joined the waitlist online for a party of about 4 adults and 2 smaller kids. The portal online stated that the wait time was approximately 15 to 20 mins at 6:40pm. I walk in and checked in in-person, and the hostess said that there was only one party ahead of us. She said it should be about 15 mins. 25 mins later, I checked in with the hostess. They said that the table is dirty, and that they will get someone to clean it. I check in two more times, and still did not get a table. My family and I waited over an hour. I understand that they are busy, but the estimated wait time of 15 to 20 mins was completely useless. I will no longer patron at any place that did not take accountability of their poor training practices nor terrible customer service.
