Ordoñez Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

There's nothing on the menu that I wouldn't recommend. It's all delicious! You are important the minute you walk in. They greet you and seat you immediately.
We showed up as a group of ten, without reservations. They attended to us immediately. They took our orders quickly and the food came out in a reasonable time. They have a full bar and their servings are generous.
I just wish they'd do something about the hill where we were seated. It's a little dangerous, especially for older people who might loose their balance.
Also, waiters need to go back to writing down orders, especially when there's more than 4 people in the party. Every single waiter at every single restaurant who tried to memorize our order has missed something.

Food I had was a breakfast burrito all meat with beans I had ate and it was salty I mean like all the ingredients are over seasoned mouth full of salt didn't sit well with me I went to the restroom and through up. the drinks were filled 3/4 of ice than beverage itself and on the bottom menu in tiny letters so you don't see they don't split the bills so I'm gonna save you the trouble there so if you go in parties you can't split the bills so I'm gonna respectfully I'm not coming back ever

Horrible service took over an hour to serve us the food was cold yes we had a big group but still they even added $100 to our bill way above the 15% for gratuity for a large group they even had salt in the sugar jar I'll never go there again for what we paid for we got crap service

First time to this restaurant we ordered a plate of beef taquitos and torta de carne asada the food was good A bit bland.

food is great been going there since 1988 at the old place across from Beverly Hospital, and when they moved next to the 60 freeway, their food has not changed and the atmosphere is enjoyable

I started going here decades ago the Ambience and the food were great 👍 came here often
First time back since then food was served quickly and in generous portions. The taste was not what I nor 2 of our guests expected as I initially raved about the food . Presumably the pandemic took a lot out of them to survive
Ill go back one more time as least and hopefully update my review in a more positive manner.

Waitress never came around to ask us anything . They gave me spicy food for my 8 year old plus very little food on my plate.
