The thing that stands out the most is that each piece of sushi is bigger than your typical sushi spot. Personally I don't mind it, I enjoy bringing new people here and they get surprised when they see the size.
We are from out of town, been to our far share of Sushi places. This place is a GREAT! Small business restaurant. The owner (who also makes the sushi) came and spoke with us. Their new boba options are amazing. They are also serving cocktails. Sushi was high quality, and very YUMMY. We did the AYCE.
Sushi was amazing, we came an hour before closing and the service definitely reflected that! Waitress didn’t give us menus, I ended up having to get them myself. She told us “kitchen would be closing soon so to make sure we ordered quick” she put in the wrong roll and blamed us for her writing it down wrong. Then never came back to check on us, refill our drinks, or to bring us napkins or sauces. Over all sushi was great she wasn’t.
