Noodle were old and not even noodles anymore chicken was raw and all had bad flavor

I went up politely and asked for a small sample of their chicken/sauce. Almost every "japanese" food court places in malls hand out samples. He had this irritated look on his face and said no, no samples. So, I chose to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Even the Korean restaurant in the mall was handing out samples. The other japan places that I have sampled end up getting my business. So they're just losing out on business by not and two with their customer service. Not very inviting/friendly to want to purchase something there. Good luck to the owners, and I hope you check on your employees that are a representation of your company. Do better, Sansei.

If I could give it a zero star, I would. The service was atrocious. The one taking our order looked zoned out and didn't hear my order even though I said it clearly and loudly. The salmon avocado roll didn't taste fresh. Even though they said it was "fresh" as they proceeded to pull out a slab of fish. All the workers were so passive about the interaction, just wanting me to leave.

First time here & my last, ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki plate $15.49, come to see hardly got any beef when served and got more veggies & chicken. Disappointed I ordered this because of the beef but hardly got any. Not coming here again. Good luck getting that same portion of beef like chicken. ??

This is not sushi. This is Japanese food. But even that I would use the term loosely, it’s basically panda express with a Japanese name. They’re only two options for sushi is extremely heavy and once again don’t have any miso.

It just looks like fried food. This does not speak to the healthy choice of Japanese eating. Nor of many delicious qualities.

They staff is very rude, my grandma used to eat there often. The one day her food tasted off she told them the food wasn't good and tasted off, they called her stupid and made fun of her for being blind.

Veggies so good ?

The lady that works there is horrible. I ask for an extra empty plate and she got pist off . She took a picture of me and said i cant buy food there anymore. Horrible custumer

This place use to be good but its disgusting now. The food has no flavor and the meat is different. Yuck!

The cashier is wearing gloves. With the same gloves he was touching money and handling the empty food trays and did NOT put on hand sanitizer in between. Unsanitary. I don't want to return.

The food was delicious, I had the beef tareyke, noodles and fried rice, I will get again

It seems like they start closing earlier each day. One day they closed at 7 and another day they closed at 6. We've came multiple times and one time they said they closed at 645 and the next time we came it's 540 and they say it's already closed.

Sansei Japan cafeteria is inside the Patio Cafe food court of the shops at Montebello mall. It’s one of few places that make the California rolls and the shrimp ? tempura rolls to order. They’re really fresh and tasty. The chow men noodles are delicious. The beef ? & shrimp ? teriyaki is perfect. Great place for a Japanese quick, delicious, and healthy full filling meal ?
