Used to be the spot I ate when I was in the area, but today, I ordered a burrito de carne asada and the meat tasted weird. They lowered their meat quality and also looked like carne machaca. I'm so disappointed ?

I've been coming here (Montebello location on Olympic and Garfield) for years regardless of the bad service and terrible parking lot, but today I end my relationship with this restaurant because the service is just so bad and so rude, the delicious food isn't worth it. The drive-thru specifically has a terrible communication box and the chances of your order being right are 50/50 if you drive thru. The line sometimes takes WAY too long, regardless if there are only 2 cars in line and literally no one eating inside. They do not accept American Express. They are the rudest people regardless if you're nice and even tip! The only thing good about this place is the food, so that's why they stay open and busy, but recently the service makes it impossible to enjoy the good food. Or your order is wrong. I can only speak for this location, as I've had positive experiences at the Sergios in East LA that doesn't have a drive thru.
