Convenience doesn’t matter when the service is garbage! The “Manager” Yelling at An Elderly woman who kindly asked to use the restroom, denied her because she didn’t purchase anything. I and another customer offered to buy her something so she could go. The manager still said no! By then she’d urinated on herself! The most ghetto Starbucks ever. Crazy long wait times and the staff is disorganized and inefficient. Every time I go, there is drama between frustrated customers and the employees. Today I saw a woman pee on herself and all over the floor because the staff wouldn’t allow her to use the restroom. Don’t stop here, find another coffee shop.
