This location is always messing up my order. They don't pay attention to what they are doing. They will give me incomplete order and incorrect items. I try calling the store and the store number rings busy. Extremely frustrating I can’t even get credit for use right away to get what I initially paid and asked for instead I have to wait 3 business days. FYI Jonathan B - they swapped our coffees

I ordered a banna vanilla matcha something and it tasted like water even though I mixed it up. I didnt feel like it was worth telling them about it. It didnt seem like they would care about it. Just saying.

This place is great and has friendly service. My bf was a bit short of cash, but low and behold a worker gave him a free drink. Great service. Would recommend this Starbucks. If you say the service is awful, then you're the problem.

Ordered a Matcha on door dash and I noticed they make the drinks poorly when you don't go in person. There was matcha powder sitting on top of my drink I had to stir in. And then it was way too much powder. I threw my drink away cuz it was not enjoyable at all. When I tried calling the store the phone is always busy. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever ordered from.

Stopped by this Starbucks today for my second cup of morning coffee, and I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome that instantly brightened my mood. The cashier who took my order went above and beyond—she took the time to explain the difference between a blonde espresso and a blonde ristretto espresso, even breaking down how the flavor profile would change slightly. That kind of customer service is rare, and honestly, every Starbucks needs someone like her (wish I had caught her name!). The store itself was spotless, and my drink was made super fast. If you're in the area, this location is absolutely worth a visit! I’ll definitely be back for another great experience.

Today we agreed to meet some friends and I had about 5 minutes to arrive. We were waiting for another friend but an employee approached and told us that we had to leave if we weren't going to consume.
What a horror, what a lack of education! Obviously we were going to buy!
Otherwise we wouldn't have even entered.
But I'm glad that every day they are left more alone without sales

No drive thru, rarely any parking available unless u wanna walk all the way from Egypt, cashiers are weird had a coupon for a free drink cashier enterd it into her register then her system glitches, so she enters my code again & she says sorry ur coupon has already been redeemed by someone else, like no shit by u lmao & caused a scene for a tall coffee, didn’t know that coffee would come out of her paycheck then after she starts laughing with her co workers making jokes about customers, smh expected better from ppl that cry about being treated equally
