No parking had to park a distance away but service was fast and my drinks where made to perfection didnt have to have them remade thats a huge +Parking: Not to manny spots it can get congested but the joining parking lot has plenty spot

Very limited outdoor patio seating. Some of the chairs and tables inside were dirty/sticky.ORDERED:- Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matchathe cold foam looked sad... very sad. and the drink just did not look great.I've ordered other items from here and its been hit or miss.SERVICE: Staff have always been pleasant to interact with.PARKING: The parking lot has a few spots dedicated to Starbucks, but the lot above (where the other stores are) have plenty of parking!

The female employee with black curly hair working today 3-25-24 at 7pm the Beverly location threw the cake pops on the counter to the point where my 9 year old daughter had to catch it. I called and spoke to Abraham the supposedly manager who was not going to be there until tomorrow supposedly her when I called the store to complain! That her name was Sam. Honestly Idk why ppl work in the service industry if they hate their life! She must be a broke unhappy as female who no one likes!! I hope management and the franchise owner sees this review cause she’s bad for business!! I wouldn’t want her working for me!!

I came in to this location on Thursday, Nov 16 in the morning to purchase gift certificates. The ladies at the register were amazing!!!? They deserve a raise ? !!!It was also "Red Cup Day" so it was super busy.All the employees kept it together and the orders were swiftly being expedited.It was a thing of beauty.This is the first location that does NOT smell like spoiled milk!!Parking: This location is right in the corner of a strip mall kind of property.There is only 1 handicap spot.

Every single time I’m here there is homeless asking for money, the workers are rude and the bathrooms never work even when paying customers need it. I wasn’t the only person complaining about the service, hope others also review so there can be improvements.

Whoever was working Monday in the afternoon gave me the worst experience even after I still came to them nicely. The girl was rude when I was ordering my drinks, gets my order wrong and both cashier and barista roll their eyes and still gave me attitude when I told them they got my order wrong. If y’all are miserable do better and get a better job and get my name correctly it’s not that hard to spell.
