I’m a Starbucks rewards member and I order from here at least 4x a week before work and I usually get the brown sugar Iced shaken espresso . And it’s always a hit or miss with this drink. I usually don’t write a review but I spend a lot of money on my morning coffee and it’s frustrating when it’s always made differently and doesn’t taste right. And twice in the last month they have given me another persons drink and I didn’t realize until I got to work :(

The customer service is usually good and they are nice I spend a lot of money and I just wish my drink was made the same and I wouldn’t have constant issues with my drink.

Is this location under new management? Their drive thru wait is insane, was not like that, it has been the last three times. They do know there is literally a starbucks in every corner right? Not coming back here again.

So this Starbucks usually opens at 430 am I was there by 5:15 am to pick up an order I placed but there were 3 employees who didn’t let us know they were behind , or closed at the moment or out a sign up that they are delayed in putting away merchandise or setting up for the day so I couldn’t wait any longer and I lost my money my order because they did not serve me at all.

Really bad experience, no body cared about my refresher drink tasting like water/ they remade my drink and gave me and even more watered down refresher. Extremely unprofessional and impolite, I felt so bad coming in here. Will not be coming back.

I am Amazon delivery driver, I make a order online, when I was ready at the store I ask for the restroom code, they said have to purchase first, door says is for customer only , is ridiculous how those stores implement this kind of policy just for sell your merchandise, I request again the bathroom code, just they refuse to give me the code, at the same time they called my order name, just I request to cancel the order because for the bad service, hope they change the policy as create just for sell merchandise, 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I can’t believe they made me fix my own iced coffee ☹️
Phone order was so simple:
Iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso

The coffee was bitter. They for sure forgot to add the syrup and I nicely asked if they could fix or remake it for me but instead they handed me a little cup with syrup and they said “we use 2 pumps but I’m giving you 4 so you can adjust it” and I told them “can you just give me the right amount so it tastes the same please?”
And he didn’t say anything and just turned around and went to go grab another cup and gave me the 2 pumps of syrup
I added it to my coffee and it was still not tasting the same (probably because it needed the actual shake that they do or I don’t know what it was)
But this made me so mad on this Beautiful sunny Friday.
All I wanted was my usual delicious iced coffee to start my day and instead I got a bitter coffee and bad experience from this location where they’re always very welcoming and nice to me
I was hesitant of writing this because I’m scared for my future phone orders but management needs to have a talk with the employees
I know they were really busy and they probably didn’t want to waste time with my order but that’s the reason why I order ahead so I can just go in and grab my coffee

And I know people always tries to get free drinks by complaining of a “wrong order” or “the coffee doesn’t taste good”
But the only time they had to remake my order, I left the other drink and they threw it away so no, I don’t do those things
