Very friendly staff, yes they do get busy but a little patience goes a long way. Coffee is always delicious and my order is always correct. I love the service ?

Drove here from far because according to their website they are open til 9pm and I got here at exactly 8pm and it was closed. This is false advertisement they need to be more responsible instead of making people waste their gas.

Stay away from this place ! Rude and lazy employees ! Especially from white female with blond hair and black lines in her hair. ! I asked her for a cup of coffee, she responded in a rude tone by saying that she had to make the coffee. Then said she had no coffee filters ! I said to her \" this is STARBUCKS ! How can't you not have coffee filters ?!!! Very rude and lazy female !! I then went over to the CINABON and the cashier said that he didn't have coffee but that he could make it right away !! And with a friendly attitude too ! It only took 3 minutes !!

The same girl who was on register (girl with glasses) was putting lids on drinks wit no gloves after she touched money. That's a big deal when money is absolutely dirty and well, covid. No one want to put their mouths on a lid with germs on it. I simply left because I felt this was not the cleanest place to buy my drink. Management: maybe not have people on register deal with food or drinks. If so, wear gloves when doing so.

Very bad experience let me start by saying I work in the mall so tend to buy coffee 2/3 times a day but after the rude customer service I received today from Samantha I will no longer spend my money here. For the reasons being if I ask for a lemon it's a simple yes we have or no we don't have. I shouldn't have anybody looking at me in a rude manner because I asked for lemon just like I shouldn't be given a cup of hot water filled up only half way after being charged for it. I witnessed her being rude to the customer before me & gave her the benefit of the doubt yet she treated me the same for no reason.
I say. Zero. Stars Their customer service was. Rude. And. No response, I wouldn't go there ever. Again for. Anything?????

Sorry I’ve given this place way to many chances. I use the mobile app every single time I stop here (9 times) since it’s on the way to work. Keep in mind I live 15 mins away and it always tells me “your drink will be ready before you arrive” since I place my order before I step out the door. I always give myself a 20 minute cushion so that I never arrive to work late always early. Today was the final straw on average it takes over 20 minutes for me to get my drink from order to arrive. It’s only happened once that I pull in and my drink is waiting there for me today it took 23 minutes for them to make my drink keep in mind it’s just shy at 5 o’clock in the morning. This BS excuse of “oh I got busy” cannot be the reason for every single time having to wait for my drink. This place is way understaffed and because someone wants to be cheap the consumer should not have to suffer. At all means try to avoid this location.
