Completely flat, over toasted, no chicken whatsoever and a lack of vegetables. What little was edible had a burnt disgusting aftertaste. To top it off the sub was completely cold?! I have never been disappointed with Subway but this was unbelievable. $25 straight to the trash, I will never be returning here.
Update: I did indeed got food poisoning after about 2 hours of attempting to eat what was edible. I have been throwing up and getting chills. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

I was poorly greeted by the owner, I would give zero stars but not an option, my bread was stale with crumbs falling off it, as the bread looked hard my sandwiches were given to me wide open not wrapped and the person making them was sick and coughing. No mask!! I told the owner about it and he told me that sandwich are served open and not wrapped while dinning, my sandwich had little vegetables. The owner did not like that I complained and that I wanted my sandwiches wrapped, he got upset and told me he will no longer be excepting coupons. I would not be eating here again I did expect that from the owner. There are several subways in Montebello on Beverly bl that provide better service and they are employees not owners. Take your coupons to another subways with better customer service. PLEASE !! train these owner on some good customer service skills. Take your money to a better serving subway!!

Subway fast-food restaurant: ? I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Subway restaurant in Southern California. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When it was finally my turn to order, the sandwich I received was poorly made with stale bread and barely any of the ingredients I asked for. The vegetables didn’t seem fresh, and the meat was cold. To make matters worse, the store was not clean, and the tables were dirty. Overall, it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had, and I don't plan on returning to this location.??

Great customer service as soon as you walk in. Fast and friendly, I haven't been here for many years, not because anything happened just because of my busy life. I am glad I came by. Thank you to the lady who was so friendly. I will be coming more othen.
I ordered curbside and i expired 15 minutes. There were not a lot of people. I finally got off the car, went on for my good, they didn't even know about the order! I will never give a tip online before the transaction is over. This is about the 3rd time curbside took long with only two people - customers inside
