The new shudders Are fabulous and super yummy for on the go
So I end up getting a sandwich from there the guy was very rude he had his earphones in and talking very loud and he kept judging what else I was going to put on my sandwich example I said spinach and he didn't let me finished what else I wanted from the sandwich and he keeps saying what else loud I'm like turn down your MUSIC that place looks dirty anyways the sandwich didn't look as good really rude people

Always there when you don't know what to eat
I work at montebello so i understand it gets hectic and stressful during the holidays but ive worked in the food industry before and its always important to pay attention to customers. Well anyways, i ordered my sandwich i was looking foward to eat only for the cashier to not pay attention or ask what sandwich i ordered and i only have little time to eat and i noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich as soon as i made it to my breakroom and i was very upset because that customer had bland taste in sandwiches and the cashier to be in la la land and give me the wrong sandwich i was excited to eat. They should pay attention to what they give customers and reassure what they ordered because i couldnt even finish that disgusting sandwich that ruined my day.

Terrible experience i had got what i ordered very rushed and rudely taken. I had ordered a black forest ham combo and was told to pay more for the drink. The lady who was helping me was no help, not going here again forsure though. Wouldn't reccomend it either

My receipt Says "Served by: Arlene" No one was present when I got to the counter. She came out of the back and softly whispered something and looked down, so I started to order. Bad day I guess? I got my sandwich started and toasted then I looked at the veggies....brown and wilted lettuce, dried cucumbers, brown avocado, spinach that looked like it was on its way out as well...check out the pictures... backed by the off attitude of Arlene I advise against eating here.
