The food is just okay. The pricing is out of this world. I would suggest Wingstop or wild buffalo. For the price and it's better just to go to those two other places.

I used to love to come here so much! My boyfriend and I would come on the weekend for a treat but a few months ago we placed an online order at the wrong location, notified the store, and placed another order for the correct location. After several attempts of getting a refund for the order we did not pick up/eat AND cancelled, we still have not received our refund. The store we placed the order for incorrectly informed us that we could leave them a message on their website to get the refund but no one has responded to my inquiry. I tried calling both stores but neither offered me a solution. Yes, it is a mere $15 (which is a lot to me in this economy!) but it's the fact that I have tried to dispute it with my credit card company, Discover but it was rejected for some reason. I am furthering my dispute unfortunately and it has been over six months. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund, for money I work hard to earn and that doesn't belong to them nor is it entitled to them. Because of this, I haven't returned nor have a recommended the Buffalo Spot to anyone in months. Very disappointing.

Giving this place a three star primarily cause everytime we order from Postmates or Door dash and we get the "mighty fries", we get absolutely no sauce ? I wanted to love this place because when we first tried it, everything was delicious and they endulged the fries with special sauce it seems like they are slacking off now, cause the fries were drier than the desert...

I been a few times and it's hit and miss. The last time the fries weren't fresh, chicken wasn't either and they barely want to put sauce then charge for extra (pet peeve paying extra for sauce)
Would give 0 stars if I could. I really like The Buffalo Spot, but I will never order from this location ever again. Go to ANY other location of theirs

The Buffalo Spot offers an intriguing take on classic flavors. I tried their big pizza box with fries and chicken, and while it was decent, it left a bit of room for improvement. It's worth a visit if you're in the mood for something different, but set expectations accordingly.

I came here the other day instead of wingstop. They are overpriced a combo meal including 5 bone-in chicken, fries and a drink costs $16. For a meal really? And the fries wasn't that good at all in my opinion. The chicken was just fine. I asked for an extra ranch and that lady with asked if it's okay for me to pay for an extra sauce. Really your meal is already pricey and yet you charge for a very small sauce. I don't care paying for more if the food is great and you don't look down on your clients if they can pay this much or not.

The Buffalo Spot offers a good experience with friendly staff and a consistently clean environment, though it's slightly overpriced. The food is always fresh, but it would be better if they had black pepper. My visit wasn't bad, but the chicken tenders sandwich was a bit dry and needed some sauce. Despite this, I would still return. They should consider bringing back the Ferrero Rocher shake.
