This place is bullshit they missed our fries on our order the place was anything but busy and they forget something so simple and asked to refund just the fries? I drove 5 miles and back to get there I'm not wasting my time just for some fries ,service was terrible almost nonexistent , place is filthy and a messed, a homeless eating inside making a scene.Edit: just got back to eat the boneless wings, just plain terrible the wings had hardly any seasoning just straight breading and tasted stale like a card board box like it's been sitting outside for days

Bad customer service, they took 30 mins for 10 wings. Manager gets mad if you ask how much more time. But yet she was giving free fries to her friends, trying to be sneaky about it. If I could post a review and not give not even half start I would do it. Sadly I need to give them 1. They need to focus on what they're doing and not be flirting on the back and playing around or not talk shit about the client because they make it so obvious.

Slow service. I waited 40 minutes for a 6 piece bone in and 5 pieces boneless and fries. Smh! Then i got home, and instead of fries, they gave me corn. This is the 3rd time they screwed up my order.

This Wingstop is my go to and they are always spot on with everything but all it takes is that one bad visit. Placed an order at 12:40 P.M for a 1PM pick up and did not receive it until 1:20 PM. We arrive and my coworker asked for 3 of our orders and 2 of the 3 were ready. As you guessed the one that wasn't ready was mine which is the reason why I'm writing this review. Mine was being worked on according to the cashier and it was supposed to be ready in a "few minutes". Few minutes pass by and they are cranking out orders, except mine. I ask the cashier once more if my order was ready and she says they just need to place the order in the bag. More orders come out, except mine of course. I ask them once more that if my order was ready and that id like my money back if it wasn't. The manager approaches the line cooks to ask about the order and the gentleman who was there said something along the lines of "its ready all ready, damn" I'm thinking "well no shit is ready, that's what ive been told for the past 20 min".Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, the cashier brings my order out. She looks straight at me and places my to go order on the countertop. Doesnt acknowledge the fact that order was completed 20 min past the expected time. She doesn't even say "here you are", "its ready, "sorry about the wait". Nothing!Manager was late, she could have done something sooner and maybe stagger her staffs breaks so that she doesn't have 2 out 4 people out on break. Cashier has to do better with communicating and develop people skills.
