Food is just okay. I only come here to bring my grandma every once in a while. Parking: Beware they have very limited parking. Don't park on 19th street. Your car will get damaged. Ours just happened and others I've heard parked in this residential street had either their front or back bumpers dented or scratched because parking is so congested. People don't care to hit cars if they can't get out. Others have had their cars broken into. There's also a lot of homeless hanging out in the area so park at your own risk. There's plenty of parking on Beverly Blvd or business right behind Sizzler on the weekend. Sizzler should look for another location in Montebello. It's placed in between residential area without proper parking.

We come here pretty often for the lunch salad bar. There's rarely any wait and the bar is always kept stocked and clean. Parking is a bit frustrating sometimes since the lot is kinda small but we've always managed to find a spot.

Hamburgers were very over seasoned so were fries. My grilled shrimp skewers wet over cooked and dried. Salad bar was horrible my daughter said it was like a bad Shakey's. The Manager constantly watching us. Bad choice for my birthday dinner.

I'm glad Sizzler is back from pandemic. Service was scarce in the beginning but 8s now back on top. Our server was AVERY. A Very pleasant server, attentive, nice young man. Checked on us to make sure 8f we needed anything else . Menudo was bomb. The ribs were 7 out of 10. Bread was a 9 of 10. Will be back soon. Thank you Sizzler.

Brings back memories eating here. Yummy cheese toast and double Malibu chicken. Good and attentive service from Lisa. Food was how I remembered it and good. The lemonade seemed watered down but overall a good meal

The staff of the establishment are top notch. Moises waited on us. He honored my request to have extra chess toast because I knew we would eat it all. While we were waiting on our food in a booth. We realized we were at the kids booth because it was unc uncomfortable, Moised found is at our new location. I ordered the grilled salmon and my wife ordered Malibu chicken. When the salmon came it was visibly overcooked and I said I don't know if that would enjoy the meal. my wife ordered Malibu chicken with no ham. Moises felt our disappointment and took both of the plates back to the kitchen. He had the meal replated.Another employee noticed that we had run out of napkins. She asked if she could bring some more napkins to us without being asked. I AM grateful to experience the excellent customer service being provided for us. We felt seen and heard by all the staff. I learned a new way to give a cash tip when all you have digital money I bet you want to know what I learned. You can buy some bottled water and get cash back for the cash tip.

The place was filled of people eating their lunch. This time I ordered cheeseburger combo no salad bar to save room for dinner. We sat in the back closer to the restrooms. I absolutely love this modern Sizzler. I've never been here before, but I'm happy I tried. Came here for lunch with my aunt and her friends and it was very splendid! It was quite packed since it was lunch. However, the service was top notch. Their servers Julio and our server Lisa was beyond amazing. Very friendly person and easy going. We kept asking for a lot and she never gave attitude. I really love when the costumer service is elite! The ambiance was perfect. Very modern clean, and very spacious seating areas. It's not a dead vibe this location seems popular and I see the reason why. In a nutshell, I'll be back here for sure. The food was delicious the lobster and salmon which they let me substitute since I do not eat beef. I like that they are accommodating fresh hot tasty food. They have a parking lot it's very tight but it's plenty of parking available

I don't understand how every time I come here the manager is always just a smart ass. He never fails to just be so rude and snarky towards customers like myself or other coming into the restaurant. Either he needs to be introduced to a new method how to speak to customers or possibly be retrained all together on professionalism. Thanks to Danny he always make my meals enjoyable. He's so attentive, always makes sure we are good, and brings my dad his unlimited shrimp seamlessly. That dude deserves a lot more credit that he receives here. A lot more than that snarky manager or whatever.

We came for Sunday dinner, boy was that a mistake. I love the Malibu Chicken and tonight it was below par. The portion size was small and my side of rice was cold and chicken over cooked. Luckily I ordered the salad bar, which was good. The only reason I didn't return my entree was because our waiter was unresponsive. It was the worst service ever, I asked him 3 times for napkins and toast, he never brought either and walked by our table several times. We finished our meal and just left!!
