avoid at all cost! bought about 5 dollars worth of yogurt at any other location and got charged over 10 at this location. It is by far the most expensive yogurtland I’ve ever visited in my lifetime. Over a dollar for an ounce of yogurt?!! That is borderline criminal.and the greed of the owner of this location is sickening. I don’t see this place lasting very long sadly

There are not many flavors to choose from, it is not clean where the yogurt is, the staff is on the phone, the cashier Ashley was very rude when I asked her to please enter my phone number, there is no good customer service, very bad service.?

First time coming to this Yogurtland and it will be my last. For 2 of the smaller cups I paid $30, like whatttt! I usually go to the one in MP and for the same amount of yogurt I've paid about $19 or $20, never $30. So I seriously think they were ripping us off. So be aware for paying higher prices here. And to top it off, all the yogurt was a bit mushy. I did not even finish my expensive yogurt.
Clean environment. Big selection and friendly service

The taller cashier went to the check out desk right after she cleaned the trash can without cleaning her hands! And she passed the spoons to us with her dirty hand holding the part we’re going to put in our mouth!!! We sat there for 20 minutes, I saw her still didn't wash her hands after wiping the table with a rag and handed the spoon to one guest after another. She knew I saw it... but I didn’t think she cares. If this lady was the owner, then I feel sorry for everyone who ever went to this shop. Healthy department will be notified.

Wow!!! Every time I pass by this place I think the employees abandoned the store; this is the 1st time I've ever seen an employee while passing by, I'm surprised I even saw a 2nd person working here!!!Good self-serve frozen yogurt. The selection isn't as big as other locations but they might have favors you will like.My table was dirty this visit; I doubt there's THAT much to do, and I doubt there are enough customers to overwhelm the staff where they can't clean the customer area; I normally don't see this place busy enough to overwhelm 2 employees, or more if they're hiding in the back.

Too expensive. It seems it's more because of location. Still think it's expensive.
Inhumanes I asked him for a glass of water because he did not want to buy the bottle of water, he had already consumed his yogurt where we lose in being empathetic and customer service
They set tables and don't let you sit down to eat their yogurt ?

We drove 25 minutes & arrived at 6:39, but contrary to what is posted, this location closes at 6:30, not 7pm.
I luv this one with brownies and gimmies
They don't have free sample cups! All the other Yogurtlands in the immediate area (Rosemead, Monterey Park, etc.) ALL offer free samples. There's no excuse for this.
Overpriced only .69 cents per oz in Irvine and its .99 cents in Montebello? I paid $16 for a small tougher staff was really nice though!!
Friendly and attentive staff. Good selections!
