We chose Caruso's for a special anniversary dinner and it met all of our expectations. The service, the food and the atmosphere were simply wonderful. It is pricey but worth the money for an extraordinary dining experience. We also very much enjoyed the piano music which was introduced the night we attended. It added greatly to the atmosphere.

A lovely restaurant with a lovely view. The food was tasty and interesting. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We sat close to the beach and the heating lamps and blankets they offered kept us nice and warm. We celebrated our anniversary dinner here and it was great.
Unfortunately, do to issues with valet we will not be returning. Valet staff for the evening were better compared to earlier in the day though so the dinner experience here went well. We are thankful to the lovely restaurant staff who made our day special.

We enjoy Caruso’s every year when we visit Santa Barbara and this year outdid all the rest. The setting is spectacular, the hostesses we’re cheerful and welcoming. Our wait staff, headed by Dara set a new standard. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And toque’s off to Chef Massimo for his wonderful culinary delights, superbly presented and perfectly paced. And while we would have liked to see some of the craft beers from the upstairs on the menu – there are many excellent local brewers in Santa Barbara – along with a plant-based butter for the oh-so-tasty bread, we’ll be back again next year and expect to find two Michelin stars.
