“AMA is one of the many enjoyable restaurants on the Rosewood Miramar property and will be a yearly staple for my partner and I to visit. Scott, our chef that prepared our courses, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and indulged in our questions about how the fish is prepared and where it is from. Our favorite dish of the night was Uni and we wished we could've had more! Beyond the food, the drinks were delightful. The bartender Justin made me the best espresso martini I've ever had, and I have had many! Overall, from the staff to the food and their effort in celebrating our monumental moments, I would highly recommend trying AMA.”

I enjoyed an incredible selection: Maine Lobster Tail, Poached White Prawns, Alaskan Snow Crab Claws, Oysters, and a divine Channel Island Sea Urchin. Each bite was exquisite, fresh, and thoughtfully paired with delightful accompaniments—the cocktail sauce and mignonette adding just the right note, and the SYR Lemons lending a beautiful brightness to each dish. Speakeasy offers not just a meal, but an experience, and it’s a place I can’t wait to revisit.”

“One of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time! This cozy restaurant sets an immediate vibe when you walk in. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Then there’s the food, it’s incredible. We had the grilled calamari which was unlike any calamari we’ve ever had. We also got sea bass special with lemon and capers and the cioppino.”
