This restaurant deserves 3 Michelin stars (based on my experience with Michelin rated restaurants, starting with Paul Bocuse in Lyon, Le Bernadin in NYC, and Le Pre Catelan in Paris). Absolutely amazing experience! Went for my sisters wedding and couldn’t have asked for any better! Right on the water, waves crashing and the food portions were perfect! 10/10 plus saw Christopher Loyd when we walked into which was cool!
My evening at Caruso’s was a world class dining experience. I have been raving to family and friends about my new favorite place to eat on the west coast. The food was plated to perfection and served with a love for customer service unlike anywhere else.
