“There are no photos of the food, because everything was so delicious everyone jumped right in. We started with the white asparagus, wrapped in pancetta-and it was so good we ordered another one! If you are getting one thing there GET THAT!!! We also had pasta, the sole, roasted chicken, and squash blossoms-which were all delicious. This place has a fun indoor outdoor feel and is super cozy, and transports you to an ambiance that feels like it could be in Italy. The staff worked above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. This is one of the staples of coast village road!“
“A few friends from Los Angeles met up in Montecito for a 5k & 10k race in Santa Barbara. We visited Folded Hills Tasting Room and had a fantastic experience. The Rośe was fabulous as well as the white. Thank you to the staff that educated us on the story behind FH and the FH Ranch..pictures were amazing. We appreciate you and your staff. “One of my favorite restaurants in the area! Super friendly menu for those of us avoiding gluten! Tons of options, and everything is super fresh, seasonal and prepared with exquisite care!On this trip, I had the gluten-free Chicken Milanese and it was divine! Two huge cutlets served with lightly dressed arugula and blistered tomatoes!My partner (not gluten sensitive) got to indulge in the seven hour lamb Bolognese! I tasted the sauce and it was magic but when I asked the waiter if they had a gluten-free pasta option, he said unfortunately not. Too bad that this dish can’t be made to accommodate us gluten sensitive customers… As I would be sure to order this in the future but for now I have to pass. But if you are not gluten, sensitive, my partner, highly recommends ordering this!We also started our meal with a beautiful beet salad… The waiter asked if we’d like the chef to prepare the salad on two separate plates, making it easier to enjoy and thought, how wonderful so we said sure! But when the check arrived, there was a $5.00 surcharge for that. Not complaining here, but just want you to be prepared in case it’s not something you would find of value for you and your dining partner.Oh, and be sure to save room for the apple fritters on their dessert menu. Yes, these are gluten-free!! “Awesome place with great sandwiches. Firehouse or San Ysidro are my favorites. This thing is loaded with meat. Wish it came with chips and drink like a combo instead of a La carte but if that's the only criticism I have, take it with a grain of salt. My coworkers and I come here often; probably my favorite place to eat in Montecito (the actually Montecito, not tourism row on Coast Village Road).“
“I really like this bar tucked inside the rosewood Miramar hotel. The vibe is dark, intimate and expensive. I love the live music and the cocktails are great! Service is always prompt and friendly. Great place for a date or come alone and mingle. There's always something to look at here!“
“Most scenic restaurant space of all time. Have a drink at the bar, then spend the rest of the night telling everyone about it. Exceptional service, conversation and mixology. We had three of the best cocktails ever created. An elevated espresso martini with some citrus flair, a wild Japanese whiskey drink with local honeycomb, and the most elegant margarita on planet earth. A must try.“
