We just came back from Europe last July. We dined in The Ledbury by Chef Brett Graham, and at The Dorchester by Alain Ducasse, also at four different Michelin Star restaurants in Montpellier, and finally at Bistrot64 by Chef Giacomo Zezza and La Pergola by Chef Heinz Beck in Rome. I am not listing all these restaurants to brag but just to make the readers aware that I am a food enhusiast (in my opinion). Dining at Caruso’s again, my impression? Took my daughter for her 14th birthday. We. Have been a big fan of cooking shows and I wanted her to have the experience of a Michelin star restaurant. They did not disappoint from the greeting at the door wishing my daughter a happy birthday and every staff member coming by the table wishing her a happy birthday. She choose the 6 course option. We chose Caruso's for a special anniversary dinner and it met all of our expectations. The service, the food and the atmosphere were simply wonderful. It is pricey but worth the money for an extraordinary dining experience. We also very much enjoyed the piano music which was introduced the night we attended. It added greatly to the atmosphere.
