Everything was superb. Food was amazing. Services was amazing. But some of the patrons were drunk and extremely loud... even yelling. It was just alarming behavior for a high end establishment.

I dine here before service was better before. This time was just average and also I requested an indoor table they allegedly said that there was none available? And throughout my dinner I never saw anyone ever sitting on those empty tables. Such a shame

One of my favorite steakhouses ever. Steak cooked perfectly. Wonderful abalone appetizer. We had a cocktail before dinner and the pours were very generous Much of the wine is overpriced, but we enjoyed the Margerum M5, a local red Rhone blend, at less than $100 a bottle. The restaurant is in Montecito, so you are paying Montecito prices. Still a great experience.

We've dined here many times over the years - sometimes with family, sometimes with friends, and sometimes just the two of us. Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to the experiences we've had in the past, which was especially disappointing as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. While the dessert acknowledgment at the end was thoughtful and appreciated, the birthday note on our reservation went unnoticed by the hostess, and our server had to ask if we were celebrating anything. The arrival experience also fell short. It was raining, yet there was no offer for a coat check, and when we were seated no one assisted with my chair (typically standard in fine dining). Only white napkins were available, and when we requested black ones (again standard in most fine-dining settings when guests are dressed in dark clothing), we were told they didn't have any. We ordered a bottle of Opus One, yet it wasn't offered to be decanted, which was surprising given the level of service we've come to expect here. As for the meal, my filet mignon was cooked perfectly and my husband enjoyed his prime rib, but his portion was noticeably thin for the $95 price point. The salmon crudo appetizer also lacked flavor. Our server was friendly but not particularly attentive, and a persistent fruit fly at the table further detracted from the experience. Overall, we left feeling disappointed with both the service and the value. We've had many wonderful meals here over the years, but this visit simply did not reflect the standard we've come to know and appreciate.

Lucky's in Montecito is such a treat for us, we try and visit every year on our anniversary, and they never let us down! Always excellent service and delicious food! Thank you for staying consistent and always offering the best service!

The food and service were wonderful. The petite filet was perfect and the sides were very tasty

Had a fantastic dinner at Lucky's recently! We ordered the by strip with Roquefort cheese (highly recommend) as well the shrimp cocktail & crab cocktail which were also very good! Service was a standout with our very friendly waiter Eric, and Diego was amazing! We had a small baby and Diego checked in very frequently to make sure we were good and went above and beyond to give us great recs, and even bring us items to elevate our experience!

Overall the vibe of this steakhouse, service, and food made for a very fun night as we were celebrating a milestone in our lives. We thought the molten cake and coconut cake were just ok, but the martini was also excellent

Food was great, especially the calamari and golden beets. The bread was also a delicious touch, freshly baked apparently! The staff was attentive, but this review is mostly for Carolyn— not only was she an absolute hoot, but her reviews and suggestions for the food were all spot on.

Sat in the bar area for brunch. Service was dismal and the omelet I had had no flavor, very bland. Service was so bad that it was offensive

The filet mignon is absolutely delicious. We paired it with our favorite sides - the creamed spinach and mac‘and cheese. What a decadent dinner! I couldn’t eat like this all the time. But incredibly tasty for a special occasion dinner 😊 Our server was super sweet too. And we got our table way before we were supposed to be seated. Lovely evening ❤️

Amazing anticipation for a first class experience, however the noisy crowded dining room started things off poorly.
Great waiter was apologetic for the slow service from the kitchen, I even mentioned it to one of the managers, and finally our great porterhouse was delivered much after the side dishes had been 1/2 consumed!
We were near the kitchen door, so we couldn’t miss the confusion the staff had, an experience that I’d not like to repeat!
I’m sure that they could do better!

Food was real good, as it should be for the price. But you must be careful at which table you are seated. When we came in they wanted to sit us by the kitchen door. We got a better table than that but I we were in the hallway. From desert to when we left 40 people walked by, mostly servers going to better tables

Let me tell you. Lucky’s is where dreams go to sizzle and dignity goes to die. I strolled in feeling like a Wall Street cowboy ready to whisper sweet nothings to a tomahawk ribeye. The waiter took one look at me, did a quick sobriety scan with his third eye of judgment, and said, “Sir, not tonight.”

Apparently, enthusiasm and a slight lean to the left now count as intoxication. I wasn’t drunk, I was emotionally well-seasoned. But Lucky’s didn’t care. The only thing they served me was humility with a side of fresh air out front.

The vibe? Stunning. The steak I didn’t eat? Probably life-changing. The shame spiral? Perfectly medium rare.
