Always an excellent spot for steak/fish and wine/cocktails. We had a mix up between kitchen and printing of daily specials. A gratin of chanterelles had porcini and maitake, not chanterelles. An expensive mix up.

Lucky's is known for its amazing steaks but that's only a small part of their menu. It's one of the best restaurants in the Santa Barbara, Montesito area and probably anywhere. The food is awesome, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's not cheap but it's worth being extravagant now and then.

One of my favorite steakhouses ever. Steak cooked perfectly. Wonderful abalone appetizer. We had a cocktail before dinner and the pours were very generous Much of the wine is overpriced, but we enjoyed the Margerum M5, a local red Rhone blend, at less than $100 a bottle. The restaurant is in Montecito, so you are paying Montecito prices. Still a great experience.
