Montesano Market & Deli

What an awesome experience...stumbled across this great Italian Market and Deli. Found a perfect house warming gift and they helped me put a basket of goodies together. The staff was great, very helpful in assisting me to decide. I was able to grab one of my favorite sandwiches, corn beef ruben, so delicious!
I highly recommend stoping here when and if you are in town!

Rude! Don't Respect the First Amendment and People's Rights. Move Your restaurant away from public view or Build a Wall around your Restaurant. Seeing you on YouTube Was An Eye Opener to how Your Service is and The Owners Disregard for people exercising Their American 1st Amendment Rights.

Yummmmmm ?. Cute little order at the counter deli spot with nice outdoor seating. We had the turkey and tuna sandwich and were not disappointed!! The potato salad was delicious too!

Best pastrami Sammie this side of NYC. Best matzo ball chicken soup, too!

Parking: Not real easy, but better than further down the lower village strip.

I did not visit the market but did eat at the deli: Paid $18 for a mediocre, slightly burnt bagel, which I had to assemble myself. Entirely disappointing.

A wonderful selection and great for parties ✨

Driving down to LA and decided to stop at this place for a quick bite to eat. Just had the montecito pollo and the chicken was dry, wrap was greesy and it didn’t come with peppers which was listed on the menu. The person working the register recommended this one to me but I’m definitely not happy with my order for the price. My friend also got the potato salad which was bland and dry.

Great food and selection of wine and snacks! We showed up at the end of the day and the shopkeeper was incredibly helpful. She stayed late and even made our toddler a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. My husband needed to use the Wi-Fi and she made sure we were all set up even though it was past closing time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality!!

We had the lox and cream cheese bagel. It was fantastic. Cute deli. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. The market itself has a wide variety of authentic products.

Love the salads and sandwiches. Fresh and clean!

Amazing matzo ball soup! Worth stopping in just for that. I’m going to be back to try some of their other options.
