Stonehouse at San Ysidro Ranch is truly special. The food was outstanding—fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. We ordered the eggs Benedict, lemon ricotta pancakes, and the salmon lox bagel, and every dish was excellent. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and each plate felt thoughtfully made rather than overdone. The service was impeccable: warm, attentive, and seamless without ever feeling intrusive. The setting alone is worth the visit—ocean views paired with lush trees and manicured shrubs create a serene, almost magical atmosphere. The grounds are stunning and make the entire experience feel elevated and relaxing. A perfect spot for a memorable brunch and a quintessential Santa Barbara experience.

We have been going to Stonehouse for about 20 years and have never been disappointed. On the Mount Rushmore of US restaurants.

A romantic date night! The most beautiful decor and ambience. The food was unbelievable. Everything was perfect!

Amazing food. Enjoyed the speak easy before dinner, which was also great. They accommodated my dietary preferences. Fabulous wine recommendation from the sommelier. Lovely soft live guitar music. I lió e this place!! Oh, and the chocolate soufflé was delicious.

It was a beautiful restaurant, outstanding service but I wasn't impressed with the food. We ordered the baby iceberg which was a very basic salad that you would get at any ordinary restaurant. I had the duck L'orange , it was too fatty and gamey. It had overcooked smooshy vegetables that seemed frozen . My fiancé ordered the Ora king salmon which was delicious but his vegetables were also overcooked. I was disappointed for it being a Michelin star restaurant. We live in Vegas we're we have amazing restaurants and I was hoping to be wowed. We will give it a second chance for brunch on another trip . Hopefully the chef fixes this problem . Our wait staff was incredibly nice and attentive.

I have eaten at The Stonehouse restaurant for 10 years. I always enjoy my dining experience. The wine list is one of the best in the world.

Collin did a wonderful job of serving us and helping us with food selections. He was personable and warm. We enjoyed his anecdotes about being a local. Also, the musician was so good and played all of our favorite songs. He was 70% of why we enjoyed our evening so much.

Wonderful dinner with wonderful service. I wish the weather could have been better to enjoy the grounds.

As so many restaurants these days have become increasingly more expensive, sadly their food, service and ambiance are not truly memorable. The Stonehouse is not one of these. This is an exceptional dining experience, one you'll remember for years. The food is relatively simply yet amazingly tasty and satisfying; the service friendly and professional, but not obtrusive. And the atmosphere is almost magical, able to impart a sense of peace and comfort after even your most hectic day. And perhaps what I most appreciate is the Stonehouse's consistency, which is far from being a given in the restaurant world today. I so look forward to my next meal there.

If there were ten stars I’d give it for the atmosphere- the grounds are beautiful!! We had a family lunch and were able to enjoy the gardens. The food was of course delicious and the smoked drinks are fun! Friendly, courteous staff. They had a nice kid’s menu that was also a nice surprise// if nearby, it would be a treat for sure! Highly recommend-
