we ordered tea several times without a problem however on the last order ordered a tea spoon with reward points and never received it and there is no way to communicate in any way with them about it. great website but no customer service. highly frustrating!

Make a splash when hosting your next event or soiree!

The first time I had this Iced Tea was at the Huntington Library & Gardens in San Marino, CA. - at their Jade Court Cafe. This beverage was so refreshing and delicious.

I immediately went to the gift shop in search of it, but alas, they didn't carry it... so off to the website I went and proceeded to purchase a few (in case they decide to discontinue it).

If you are having a party at your home and want to serve something that will have guests exclaiming your brilliance at having such a memorable flavor... look no further, this is IT!

Floral in aroma, with the fruity taste of Passionfruit, you can't go wrong. Get this for your 4th of July or Labor Day gatherings!!

BTW a special shout out for their 'Earl Grey Creme', it's also scrumptious, although if I'm being honest, I still prefer the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Apricot over this one. Also they only sell it in the large box if you want the teabags.

Customer service is out of this world! I placed my very first order with Art of Tea today and mistakenly ordered the wrong packaging for a Jasmine Pearls gift. It was easy to find their email, so I contacted them immediately after seeing the order confirmation. They responded and updated my order in less than an hour!

All of the teas that I have ordered are delicious and definitely quality. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that shipping times are very slow.

They keep discontinuing my favorite teas. Last straw was the Meyer Lemon. BUT, they just offered to send me some of what they have leftover! What amazing customer service!

My friend got me an earl grey tea and I absolutely love it. I was never really a big tea drinker , I would prefer coffee over tea but this one from art of tea replaced my usual cup of coffee in the mornings.

Terrible customer service. You cannot speak to a person on the phone, you get the message to email instead and then they hang up on you. When I emailed I got a generic response that did not answer my question. Bottom line it has been 10 days and they still haven’t shipped my tea which was meant as a Christmas present. I tried to cancel the order but no one will respond to my request. This company has gone downhill.

Rude customers service I went to sign up for the sponsorship and you turn me down for no reason and reject my application I will be calling your corporate office or headquarters office and file a investigation complaint as a discrimination I will take my business elsewhere and I hope you're the next people to go out of business. I ordered a matcha Infuser and unfortunately it came broken. I called customer service today and they replaced it right away. It’s on the way now. As far as the tea that I ordered I got Earl Grey cream and sleep so I don’t know about the sleep to yet, but the earl grey cream is amazing and I cannot say enough about Art of Tea‘s customer service so happy I found them. Update: My new infuser arrived today with some extras and a very nice card from the art of tea team. I was on the fence about becoming a tea drinker but art of tea customer service went above and beyond. Y’all got a customer for life now.

Great quality of tea's. Only complaint that I have is that they are pretty slow with shipping, considering that I live not that far off them.

This comment is about the customer service . I called them because their current promo code wasn’t working for me. I was informed that the site wide code wouldn’t fit for subscriptions snd I should have read the terms (small print) in the promo email.
