I preordered a cake over a week in advance for an 11 a.m. pickup. To be considerate, I didn’t come until 1 p.m. but even then, the cake still wasn’t ready. It’s now 1:55 and I’m still waiting. Meanwhile, a couple who walked in right after us picked up their cake with no issue. The cake maker blamed the delay on the person who took my order, saying the wrong time was entered, but I don’t buy it.
This was a preorder and we had plans after. Now I’m stuck waiting around for something that should have been done hours ago. It’s a major inconvenience and really disappointing, especially since this location used to be so reliable. The service has definitely gone downhill.

Wanted to try the 4 scoop platter but can’t even get full scoops!!! Disappointed. I asked if I can get a full scoop for the green matcha flavor but they just stayed quiet

I placed an order for a birthday cake for a party, they call me 2 hours before my event saying that the manager never put in the order and that I was not going to have cake. I have gone to this location several times time and the workers are stressed but they are trying their best. Management needs to make changes, I wonder how many people have also played their orders and getting a call hour before their event and not having time to get a new cake from some where else.

The workers are extremely rude. The store closes at 10pm and I arrived at 9:45pm right when the worker was locking the door. I understand that they may have wanted to close early but closing 15 min early, right when I get to the door without acknowledging that I’m right there is wild 😂 They weren’t nice enough to turn me away, they just pretended like I wasn’t there before closing lmao I wasn’t going to buy the entire store, didn’t think serving two scoops of ice cream would be such an inconvenience 15 min before closing. Oh well :)

My sister pre-ordered a cake to be ready around 5pm, waited for an hour for it to not be ready. Only then to be given a presumed "free" small cake and her own pre-ordered cake never given with no refund. Horrible service!

Love to condemn this particular Baskin-Robbins here in Atlanta Square but all the way from Glendale to here the scoop sizes with Baskin-Robbins has gotten ridiculous small in size what's the longest time now I am glad to convert my girlfriend now to Yogurtland and all yogurt establishments 4 Better Health anyways but I will visit Cold Stone ice cream because there are a lot more delicious anyways and you always get bigger scoops goodbye Baskin-Robbins it was nice two inflation got you guys and you passed it over tuna consumer

Came by to redeem my birthday scoop, but this was the first time I've had a problem before. They charged sales tax before applying the free scoop, so I still had to pay sales tax. I can only imagine it's the same for any other discount or sale, which would mean you're being overcharged here. Would avoid until they get their act together
