Came by to redeem my birthday scoop, but this was the first time I've had a problem before. They charged sales tax before applying the free scoop, so I still had to pay sales tax. I can only imagine it's the same for any other discount or sale, which would mean you're being overcharged here. Would avoid until they get their act together

Rude employees, terrible customer service. You order a cake they make a mistake and somehow it's my fault? They want me to leave my dinner and party to bring back a cake that was wrong? And they don't even tell you it's wrong! Are they going to pay me for my gas and time? Save yourself the trouble don't order cakes from them! And they're expensive AF

Staff here is always nice. I don't know why the ice cream cake has to be so expensive but I still get it because that mint chocolate chip with chocolate cake combo is the stuff dreams are made of. Plus they have a promo where you get a free scoop of ice cream with each cake you purchase. Theres no such thing as too much ice cream. And oh yeah, have you tried a cappuccino blast!? *chefs kiss*

I ordered this HK cake to celebrate my daughter's 7th bday but this was the cake I received. The adjustment I asked for was to not add the hello kitty head and change the color of the border to blue. The cake did not have what I ordered.. there was a inner border, there's was no pink on the sides, there were no hearts and the overall design did not look like the HK cake. The cake I received did not look anything like I wanted. I come here often to order cakes and get ice cream and so this was disappointing. When I saw the cake, I was stressed out because this was for my daughters bday celebration. I was upset this ruined the theme I had for my daughter's bday.

Many moons ago, Baskin Robbins was my first job before I ever became POTUS. I just want to emphasize the fact that fast food/ service workers are NOT miracle workers, they are simply fast food workers.Normally, they go above and beyond for the wages that they are paid. If you are a customer and give one of the workers a difficult time, you need to stop being pathetic and get a life. It's literally ice cream. There's no need to cause problems. It's not the workers fault you're such a disgruntled person.Leave your troubles at home and keep your mind on the ice cream.On the other hand, this store has scrumptious menu items, a clean, happy, and lively ambiance.Michelle and I enjoy sharing the banana split together. We will definitely be returning to this location soon.

I went on my Lunch hour craving a pistachio shake, When I Noticed wtf this isn't a pistachio shake that I paid $8.99 for IT WAS pistachio ice cream / with Almonds they did not inform the customer that the shake had almonds instead of pistachios! You know that pissed me off I don't mind pay extra for good quality. shame on you trying to pull a fast one on a consumer. You better be careful with if a child had an allergic reaction, what would you do? Just staying... you'll have a lawsuit
Ever just stand there waiting for someone to help you and workers just walk right by you pretending you are invisible? This is THAT place. Ask a question and get "I don't know" and quickly walk away ... This is IT. Just Wow ... if you ever want to see how the US Post Office or the DMV used to interact with the public several decades ago by not caring about customer service or their job, I welcome you to take a trip to this Lovely Baskin Robbins on Friday afternoons around 3:30 pm. This was probably one of my top 5 worst customer service experiences to date.Today, I had no idea who was working and who was on break but it appeared that there were 2 girls behind the counter. One girl was busy making a drink only to casually sip it after she was done, so I think she was the one on break. The other one appeared to be making a shake too but wasn't sure if she was the one on the clock and working. The guy waiting at the front of the line was clearly getting irritated and had been waiting for a long time. I heard him raise his voice but got no reaction from the girls. The couple behind him was waiting and we were behind them waiting with an ice cream cake. Needless to say, we left after 10+ minutes of this memorable experience. I am patient but there's no reason to ignore customers and go about your own business. These girls that were working are like those entitled family members working at the family shop during the summers with that piss-poor attitude of doing everyone a huge favor by being there.Just go down a few blocks to either McDonalds or Rite Aid for your Ice Cream fix. At least the workers there will actually acknowledge your existence and say we'll be right with you. I left and went to RiteAid and got the Thrifty's Blueberry Cheesecake and Strawberry Cheesecake. Highly recommend the Thrifty's Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream and staying far away from this place.
