I've been coming to this place for years! Best spot for milk tea! If the parking lot is full there is more parking located towards the back.

The best Taro I've ever tried!!! I love taro and this one is by far the best taro smoothie I've ever tried. The boba is also very fresh and squishy, it wasn't hard at all. Definitely coming here again! And they had a special, buy one medium drink get the other 50% off

DO NOT COME HERE! They messed up my order and didn't want to give me my right order instead they told me to pay for new one even though it wasn't my fault and top of that the guy was trying to argue instead of understand me . There are other better boba places, better off going to boba time across the street !

I don't understand the high ratings for this location. I took a long hiatus from Yelp reviews but I had to come by and leave this. Went in to buy a drink after my eyelash appointment in the same plaza. Wanted a simple boba milk tea. "No boba. Not ready. Wait 30-45 mins." Uh... it's already 12:30pm. How ill prepared are you? Fine. Whatever. Any non dairy coffees? "No. Whole milk only." Um ok, are we living in the 1990s? Jesus. Get with the program. Left with a basic a** cold brew with hella amount of hazelnut sugary s**** And an "almond milk tea" which is basically sugar water flavored with a bit of almond. Total - $9 (this is with the weird calculation of dicscount BOGO 50% for medium drinks - but only 75cent off if it's a Large size. Ambiance - LOUD AF MUSIC. Cannot even bear the staff member over their face mask and plastic partition. Terrible. Never again. Disgrace to the 626 reputation.

Came with two other friends and we all bought drinks. We asked for cups of ice water and the dude was hella rude and said no. Honestly terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. There's plenty of other boba places. The girl that took our order though was super helpful. She's cool. The dude. Whack af.

I was in the same plaza as Boba Ave and was lucky to have found it! Upon arriving in, the cashier was super friendly and helped my friend and me with navigating the menu. It wasn't too busy that afternoon so we got our teas in less than 5 minutes. Kudos to the staff for being so fast. My friend got the Lychee Black Tea with Boba I got the Jasmine Green Tea with Aloe Vera. I usually always get green tea with about 50% sweetness and the tea here was just right - it wasn't too sweet and you can still taste the tea flavor. My friend liked her black tea as well! Will definitely keep in mind Boba Ave when I'm in the neighborhood. Definitely give them a try!
Drinks are good but triple check order otherwise they get wrong...ordered several drinks with 2 being hot & only got 1 hot drink. I repeated the order twice b sure got correctly but still got wrong.

The customer service here is terrible! It took a while just to get our drink orders in and another 20+ minute wait for our drinks to be made even though there was no one else in the store. We ordered a milk tea and a mango slush and these have got to be the worst drinks we've had and these drinks weren't cheap either. Don't come here if you're looking for even just a passable boba drink because it won't be good.

I wish I can give it 0 stars , yesterday I went around 6 , I order two large drinks with crystal boba , the worker ended up giving me the regular boba , so I told him , he seemed mad about it he took like 10 minutes doing it , when all he did was switch it cups with crystal boba when he gave me the bobas , it was so watery for how long he took , he did the same mistake for my sister , I had a mixture of regular boba & clear boba.

Right now there's only outdoor seating so if you're looking for a spot to grab a drink and chill inside, I'd probably find another spot. It was far from a deal breaker for me.I usually go to tapioca express or Lollicup, but I decided to mix things up today. The price for the super large boba milk tea is decent with the current special they have right now (buy one drink and get the second for 50% off). For my taste buds, the taste of the classic milk tea hit the spot. The milk tea far from overly sweet and had boba that tasted fresh. I've had milk tea from some spots where the drink left a weird aftertaste. Zero of that here. If the special is still around, I'll be coming back more often when I'm in the area.
