They lost my credit card and when I asked…the manager tried to gaslight me that they still needed my card (the charge was pending on my account) but she later spoke in mandarin asking the other staff members where my card was…absolute joke - I speak mandarin. They later found my card in the trash along with the receipt. I kid you not they didn’t wash my card or anything and handed the dirty card to me.. girl I was stunned to say the least. But took my card and left bc I needed to be somewhere. Some of the staff here are consistent with a few things and that’s being rude and disrespectful. Especially the girl named Joane. She made our neighboring tables uncomfortable with her attitude.

Came here at 1:50, got in queue with the tablet. Got a text about our table is almost ready but no text to come in. Came in at 2:20 to check, the lady rudely said to get in queue again due to how busy. Crazy how we still tip these workers, I love America.

I've been here seven or eight times, and the staff at this place are just so un friendly Every time I come, I'm ignored for over ten minutes. They see me standing at the entrance, make eye contact, and then just ignore me.There are three empty tables right in front of me, and I don’t understand why they won’t get me a table. Everyone acts like I owe them money or something. I really think the manager should come and see for themselves how the staff are treating customers.

Usually it's really good but the last few times I've gotten takeout have been a disappointment. Seems like they're downsizing portions because I usually make porridge with the leftover broth but there is hardly any. Shrinkflation is really something. Not likely to return to this location.

I placed an order through Uber Eats today, February 26, 2025, at 11:23 AM. As usual, I ordered the same items I typically get from this restaurant. However, I am disappointed with the service and quality of this order.

First, it took an hour to prepare, which seems unusually long for a standard order. Additionally, the soup was not sealed properly, causing it to spill inside the bag. Furthermore, I specifically requested green tea without sugar and ice, yet the drink was prepared with 100% sugar and a full cup of ice, completely disregarding my preferences.

I am unsure if the staff was experiencing difficulties today, but such mistakes indicate a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. If even simple requests cannot be fulfilled correctly, it raises concerns about the overall service quality. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Decided to have dinner with my husband and chose this location since it is closer to us. It's not my favorite place because it's very small and crowded but the food is still good.
While it's not my first time eating at this location, I noticed a pattern of how staff treats other customers differently based on their race. My review is not based on one visit but on many occasions where I have been seated and ignored while other customers get there after me and get their orders taken right away.
I have been to other boiling point locations and this location blatantly discriminates customers based on the race. I hope they do get training on how to treat the customer equally so there are no more issues in the future.

Avoid this location at all cost. If you like being ignored by staff, this is the place to go. Me and my wife went there for dinner. We got seated but after that we were ignored for about a good 10 minutes. The thing that I find funny is that people that got seated after us. They immediately went to them, got their orders in and their food while we waited. The only reason they came to get our order was because my wife flagged them down I don't like pulling the race card but I felt a little bit discriminated against because I am Hispanic
