When are we going to get paid our checks? It’s been a a whole month and my coworkers and I haven’t been paid. I’m also owed a bounced check that never went through due to lack of funding.

I have never had an experience like this before. Establishment opens at 11 AM and when we went in at that time, we were told there was only baked chicken available and side dishes. I was craving meatloaf but the lady there said it was being delivered till next week. Then I asked to see the menu because the electronic one above her had an odd signal and she said right now the menu is offline. They didn't have regular menus with prices. She proceeded to tell me a chicken plate would cost about $15. I did not feel comfortable not seeing the menu and only offered chicken so we decided to go elsewhere.

Used to be better. Chicken was great. There used to be green beans. The creamed spinach was just okay. The broccoli was a watery mess.Walking through the door you get hit with raw sewage stench. This has been ongoing for years. I don't recommend this restaurant.

HAVEN'T BEEN TO THIS MARKET IN OVER A YEAR..I USED TO GO EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS & ORDER TAKE OUT..WENT THIS MORNING & WAS FIRST ONE & ONLY ONE THERE..THE MENU SIGN DID NOT WORK & THEY ASKED YOU TO SEE MENU ON YOUR PHONE..I ORDERED 1/2 CHICKEN FROM MEMORY, MASHED POTATOES & GRAVY , CORN..CORN BREAD WAS THE WORST IT WAS FLAT & SOGGY..LIKE JUST CAME FROM A BOX NOT FRESH MADE..MASHED POTATOES WERE SOGGY & TOLD THE GUY WHEN HE PUT THEM ON PLATE..HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING.. THE DRINK MACHINE WAS ALSO BROKEN..DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS BRANCH, BUT IT USED TO BE VERY GOOD..WHEN I GOT HOME I STARTED EATING ONLY TO FIND MASHED POTATOES COLD & RUNNING ALL OVER PLATE..WHAT HAPPENED HERE??? After slowly watching for years the BM food chain go downhill, I decided to try the food one more time and again was disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the overpriced turkey w/2 sides. The stuffing was tasteless and opaque. As usual the gravy was watery and also tasteless. The corn was a bit undercooked, and the turkey itself was so so. The cornbread was tough and seemed day old. I've eaten at several in a 30 mile radius and it's as if the franchise headquarters don't sample the products they sell to customers. Don't even bother with the meatloaf because it has the consistency of a hockey puck. I wish I could have given a good review because when they first opened in Whittier Ca. the food and portions was very good.

Early last week at lunch hour, I was reconnecting with an old pal who has some physical and developmental challenges. I arrived at this joint at the same time as he re-emerged from the men’s room. Before I could even finish my pleasantries or in mid-sentence, the middle-aged server appeared from my blindside, without hesitation, bluntly called out my buddy’s presence and showed us the door. In other words, she kicked both of us out. I didn’t know what my pal had done or said that upset her. I am an entirely different individual, why I deserved the collateral damage of her uproaring tantrum without any explanation! I have hung out with my friend whom suffered from some physical trauma in his younger days, yet he minded his own business and never did anything out of the ordinary or disrupted his surroundings. I wonder as an eatery supposedly opens to the public for all shapes and sizes without being discriminatory, and trying to wrap my head on their policy, jumping the gun without showing empathy and humanity!

Sadly everything is always sold out when I go and there's usually a funky odor when I have been there. I gave 2 stars because the employees are always very nice and welcoming and apologetic for everything being out of stock or sold out. And the phone never gets answered.

Costco roast chicken is far better than this restaurant. And do yourself a favor pls do not order their gravy, taste like water with brown color super diluted. Cesar salad for $4.95 more of $1.99 grocery bought. Never again

I've had Boston Market from a different location (Downey) and it's delicious. Its juicy, very flavorful and it's the same every single time. I had it from this location in Monterey Park for the first time and it's night and day. The Mac n cheese was good, but the mash potatoes was sort of bland. Now the chicken.... it was terrible! Dry, no flavor whatsoever, it's like they marinated it in plain water, even the skin has no flavor. The food here was so bland, for the exception of the Mac n cheese, that I was worried it was me that lost my sense of taste and took a covid test (true story) but then I had other taste it and everyone said the same thing. The chicken was awful. Now it could be that I went on a bad day, maybe new worker or something, but like I mentioned the one I go to in Downey is sooo good, every single time I've gone is the same.
Was planning on giving 3 star. Place look abandoned. But the people there were friendly and attentive. Menu is a little confusing. Not same as other chain restaurants. A little pricey for what is serve.

Not impressed. I was craving Boston Market, drove about 10 miles and got to this location at 7:30pm on Saturday evening and as I was the only one standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge that I wanted to order, they did not approach the counter for some time. Once they did after a few minutes, I finally ordered. I also wanted to eat in and they told me the dining room was closed even though they don’t close until 10pm. I used to love coming here but sadly that’ll no longer happen. Looks like a Raising Canes opened up right next door to this location and if they keep treating people like this, it’s a matter of time before they lose all business to the next chicken guy across the parking lot.

Horrible. Pre Ordered 22 to meals for my work Thanksgiving lunch. Asked to have it delivered at 12. No show. 1:30pm comes around. I have angry employees, noone would answer the home to help me out. They show up at 2pm with 15 trays of food. So I was shorted 7 meals. Still noone will call me back.

This is the worst place ever to order a catering service from! I ordered 23 individual meals and sides and I received 12! I have half my staff with no food for our thanksgiving luncheon! The store has not answered the phone for an entire hour and the catering line says they can resolve my issue in 7-10 business days! The portion size that we did receive looked like a kids plate for a 5 yr old! Simply ridiculous for the amount of money spent!! I will never order from here again.
