closed when it says it's open, waste of a drive.
I drove 20 mins one way to try this place, but unfortunately they were not open today (Friday at 11:10AM). There was no sign or anything. How can you do business if you don't open when you say you do?
Such a cool place! The effort put into the wall paintings and the decorations was welcoming and very neat to look at. Their flavors and topping options were many, and the ordering touchscreen was a breeze. And they have fun drink containers, too! There's a little clear plastic robot that was just a $1.50 extra, and a glass flask-style bottle for $3 extra. Both totally reusable. One thing that was extra special was that their taro flavor is from fresh taro root, not a syrup or extract. It tastes far better than the artificial kinds, less sweety but no less delicious. They also offered activated charcoal as a topping, which is flavorless and good for gas and bloating. An absolute pleasure to visit and I look forward to coming back!

I ordered roosted oolong milk tea, Ceylon milk tea, Red bean matcha latte and white peach oolong tea. All 25% and less ice. They taste great. Strong tea favor. I personally don't eat sweet foods nor drinks. But, I don't taste any sweet at all. Great place!

Got their starberry matcha latter ?? recommend you guys to try it out and there small cakes. Haven't been here for some years. It looks like you can order your stuff in the screens they have if you don't see anyone. Easy and fast to orde , I was a bit full because I ate pho before I came to bubble crush. I couldn't finish my desert. I forgot what's the desert name was but it'd right there in the front when you order. Go check it out if your close by

This place has always had terrible service, but their Ceylon milk tea with tiramisu foam has always been consistently delicious. This time, however, on top of their terrible service, I waited over 15 minutes for two milk teas, all with no AC in the building. Milk tea was disappointing, boba was tasteless, Ceylon tea used to be strong and great, it tasted very watered down. Tiramisu foam was still great, so my one star goes to that! Moving forward, I'll use those $14 on something worthy instead, and I highly encourage others to do the same.
We came to try the special Souffle pancakes, and they are excellent, it’s definitely worth the 20 minutes wait! They only supposed to serve in the weekends, but the nice lady made an exception for us on a Tuesday. We tried K1, the Tiramisu Soufflé pancake, it was soft fluffy, light souffle pancakes with tiramisu cream and boba and garnished with strawberries.
I love this place. It's always so tasty and you can tell they make the drinks from tea and not powder. They're always nice and friendly here they also have a happy hour special on Fridays I believe it was from 5pm to 11pm buy 3 and get 4.5$ off your order. The boba here is always fresh. I would come study here for hours before. This a must!

Ordered boba milk tea and didn't get any boba inside! Also, poor selection of fruit teas. Have you ever heard of passion fruit, pineapple, strawberry, banana? Hello???
Boba Tea was delicious. You order everything at the screens and wait until they bring it out.
Coming all the way from south San Diego just to get some glass bottles. The drive was worth it and next time I should either keep regular sweetness or at least 75% because any lower is just bland. The fruit tea was great with mango jelly. The peach oolong tea was great and smooth tasting the roasted tea with a nice aroma of white peach. Also the bottles are a great collection item to reuse time and time again. A great thing was that I made an online order, but in the notes I tried my best to describe which glass bottle i would like to have. However, the shop couldn't figure it out and called me to grasp a better understanding. I thought that it was awesome to keep a great satisfaction for my first time visiting.

Great wifi study spot. Busy on a weekend but there is enough seating from table to bar seating with accessible outlets. Yelp checkin to get a free robot cup. Boba milk tea and fresh fruit tea drinks were tasty. They offer oatmilk as alternative to their dairy drink.
I’m always on the hunt for soufflé pancakes Unfortunately it was a disappointment. It’s a lot smaller than other places and costs the same. The tiramisu was extremely salty. They must have mistaken the salt and sugar on this one. The crème brûlée was much better but I think they could’ve torched a bit more sugar. It’s all in to go boxes. The drink was fine. It comes out quick! They also have games there for you to play with. Parking was fine since I came around 3.
