Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst dining experience I've had in 5 years. If you're not Latino don't bother coming here. I set for 35 minutes waiting to place my order while every Latino who came in ordered within 5 minutes. I have great respect for the Latino community I'm not a racist comment just a hard fact.
Is there a Caucasian stay away from here.

This place is joke right from the get go this placed lacked on customer service. When my party and I got there we weren’t greeted by any type of host or worker, till right after! Some bearded guy greeted us and asked us how many people than proceeded to look for table(keep in mind we were the only ones waiting for table, restaurant wasn’t even busy) so anyways we waited probably for 5 mins and he comes back and mentions that he had forgotten about us so he starts bussing tables. So he finally when he was done he proceeded do drench a towel with sanitizer and starts wiping the table and bench without even drying it he asked us to sit. The table was WET!
The bench was soaked so my brother in law decided to ask a young lady that was bussing some other table to dry it for us and tell me why she gives us the worse attitude and says I’ll be right with u and proceed to go tell the host what we had asked for and both of them laughed like they were telling each other little remarks about the situation. I automatically felt uncomfortable with the immature behavior so we decided to leave. Never again would I set foot on this premises I will rather spend my moneys somewhere else

Thought we were going to have some bomb wings here but it was a fail wings were hard as a rock won't be coming here again!!! N food took forever to come out

Took advantage of their deal that they have going on right now but super disappointed with this location. We order 15 boneless wings 5 of those wings had no sauce, literally dry and solid rocks. My partner went back inside to complain and they gave him two small soufflé cups with sauces, that amount barely covered 5 wings. When he went inside to complain about it they said they were really busy and they could give him the sauce on the side. Def won’t be coming to this location again. Never had this problem with Pasadena or Hollywood, we came here because it was closer to where we were at but we’ll order wings from wingstop from now on. Quality is way better and they don’t skimp on the sauces or with the way the wings look.

Walked in on Sunday around 5pm and it didnt seem busy but there wasn't even a hostess at the front to greet. We waited a few minutes until hostess came and sat our party of 2 near the bar.
It took a solid 10 minutes before our server came to us and obviously we were already ready having waited so long. Ordered the bottomless apps, two beers, and wings.

Service was so slow from getting any type of attention to the food arriving. We got our two beers maybe after 10 minutes, our wings came next, then the appetizers. Our veggies came at the end on one of the visits our server blessed us with. The wings were small, dry, lacking any meat. They were barely warm to be honest. Same thing for the appetizers. The only good thing was the beer, but unfortunately our server didnt even bother asking us if we wanted another one despite our glasses sitting empty on the table. Since it was bottomless appetizers, we had to wave our server down to get another round in. It was way past 17 minutes before we had to wave him down again and cancel the order. Such a scam if they are taking a long time to even get your appetizers in so don't bother!

I can understand if there is some short staffing or its busy but it didnt appear that way. It was just poor service all around. I rather go to BJs by the mall or drive to the South Pasadena location.

4th time I've been here and the servers take too long to come and check up on people. I've worked in the server business, and I understand it can get busy. It doesn't take long to check on your table for a refill or anything. Cmon BBW make sure your staff is better, half the time I see them side tracked talking with each other.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to with this experience. First off, my waiter was superb, Noah was a very nice and professional waiter. The food was not good at all. My wings were very dry and small. I will only give 2 stars for the food but my service was great. Do better BWW.

I come to have a few drinks and wings once in a while and I usually get greeted by a tall wonderful young lady I believe her name is Stephanie, I haven’t seen her in a while though her service and hospitality was amazing and she was super nice. I recently came and my server was alright but it took a long while to get my food out. There was a short lady with glasses who came to bring my food but she had attitude and almost threw our food on out table.

It was good. Guy was nice but the food takes forever to come out. And it was empty at 1230 pm lunch .
