One of the worst roast duck I have ever tasted, the meat is overcooked and dry and no taste. Even the duck sauce is grossed ?

Rip off prices on their dim sum. One piece small glutinous rice $6.48 including tax. Is it worth it? Is it filling you up? What a rip off!!!

I was excited for dim sum and hoped it would be better. SHU MAI Tasty, packed with proteins and juicy. Flavor was decent, but not the best I've had. CHICKEN FEET They were too chewy :( they were hard to eat bc they were still pretty tough and not cooked long enough. SHRIMP IN STICKY RICE PUFF BALLS They had nice flavor. For me, the sticky rice was way too much. But idk if that's how it's supposed to be. TENDONS They were very well cooked and very tender. Sad part was the seasoning wasn't enough and It was more bland. Also, I found a thick, tiny black hair in it. That of course didn't help. CUSTOMER SERVICE I wish people were a little more nice. No smiles, no hello. You just get looked at with blank stares. Just, "What you want?", "6 dolla OK?" No warmth, just business. If they're food was better I might let it be whatever. But they're food isn't so good as to not be a little more humble with customers.

Food wasn't bad. Not worth the price. The service wasn't up to par, although the staff isn't rude. The ambiance has potential.

Bakery section to close at 8 PM and was shooed away at 7:30 PM, while open sign was still on and doors were open. No apology given.
I have yet to find a decent dim sum restaurant here in So Cal and Capital Dim Sum is no exception. The dim sum places in Nor Cal and even Las Vegas are so much better. The dim sum at Capital is decent at best. Selection is limited with only the usual dim sum fare of siu mai, har gow, sticky rice in leaves, cheung fun, etc.. Their baked BBQ pork buns lacks the pineapple topping currently in vogue for this type of bun served almost anywhere in Nor Cal. When in the mood for dim sum, I'll have to wait till I'm back in the Bay Area.

A small hole in the wall. I think it is an outlet for the Capital Seafood restaurant in the same strip mall. You don't need to know how to speak Chinese, just look at the pictures overhead and order by numbers. What you see is what you get. I got 7 assorted dimsum orders for about $43 including taxes already. The danger is over ordering because you will want to try everything. Sorry no pictures, ate everything as soon as I got home.

Stopped in to get quick lunch, got the BBQ pork on top of rice and Chinese broccoli. The pork was tasty, it had all the right flavor, sweet savory and smoky but it was a bit dry. Maybe I'll ask for more sauce next time. The broccoli, I mean what can I say it was cooked well. They do give a lot of food, I think it was like $8.99

I was there 30 minutes ago for to go, the lady overcharge me and she returned cash to me, when I got home I realized she overcharged me again, I ordered 2 dim sum she gave me 1 only, I just don't understand it's not busy at all she answered her cellphone in front of me that's why she overcharged me this is really annoying and unacceptable
