Capital Seafood is one of my favorite Dim Sum restaurants in LA. They offer all the traditional Dim Sum dishes, and everything is incredibly fresh, served from old-school push carts. The service is top-notch. Whether you’re a Dim Sum lover or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended. Don't forget to try the delicious desserts.

Better dimsum quality than NBC. I was impressed by service level, although they seemed rushed as we were there around 2:30 on a weekend. The food is where it's at. Dimsum is solid, chow mein was good. 3.75 stars even though it's in a strip mall in desperate need of a face-lift in monterey park. Parking is ok and plentiful.
