I like carls jr they are usually very nice . One thing that dont sit well with me is they dont let certain people use the festroom even if customers they have signs they are out of order but they are not. They choose who they let in. I felt sad that there a homeless veteran and they didnt let him use the restroom today. Pretty sad and lazy world we live in these days do your job you hot your 20 bucks a hour.

I ordered the two for six fish sandwiches. I could tell they were made fresh. I enjoyed the fish sandwich. I like that they add lettuce.

I really don’t even know why I bother still going here. It used to be nice but now it’s just run down with employees who are obviously high. I spent 70$ on a whole meal for my family and they screwed up almost every part about it. They didn’t include any of my fries, my burger was completely plain, which was not what I ordered. They screwed up my wife’s food. The AI talk box never works and even after reconfirming my order, they still screwed everything up. I’m never coming here again. I should have just made the drive to In N Out. I would have saved money and gotten my order made correctly.

Honestly, I’ve visited many Carl’s Jr. locations, but the one at 1231 W. Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, CA 91574, was by far the worst experience. There were three homeless individuals essentially set up inside the restaurant as if they were living there. I felt bad for your employees, who seemed to be handling the situation as best as they could, but it was clear they avoided confronting anyone—likely out of fear of being attacked.

One of the individuals confronted me and repeatedly used profanity. I ignored it, but the entire experience was uncomfortable. I ended up wanting to leave as quickly as possible. On top of that, my order felt rushed, and the hamburger patties were dry and unsatisfactory.

This experience has made me question whether I’ll be returning to Carl’s Jr. anytime soon.
