This how Carnitas is cooked.
Perfectly tender and juicy. I didn't know about this new place. I have been to one in front of their house.
Quality and Quantity is still amazing. I love how they keep the Quality.
If you like Carnitas, this is place. You won't be disappointed.

I tried the mixed tacos and was pleasantly surprised. The portions were incredibly generous, and two tacos were more than enough to satisfy my appetite. The carnitas were tender and flavorful, without being dry. The seasoning was spot on. If you're craving delicious carnitas tacos, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We stopped at this place when the sign caught our eye and it paid off! The meat was incredibly delicious, perfectly cooked and generously portioned. The bolillo of the torta was so soft and all the salsas and ingredients tasted so fresh! Can’t wait to bring more friends here.

Our first time here and we will definitely be back. Yepp carnitas lovers this is your jam! Everything was ?. Melt in yo mouth kind of goodness. SCRUMDELIUMPTIOUS! An added treat was the graffiti out back!

Catering 10/7/2023 to my wedding in Wilmington. They showed up late, beans weren’t refried as agreed on contract, carnitas were bland, way too much buche..way more buche than anything else, communication was not good but fair enough with Vanessa Hermosillo before I payed my deposit.. communication got way worse after I payed it. Even up to the days leading up to the event date. While my wedding was going on, I had to talk to someone at headquarters through one of the caterer person’s phone trying to square things out. I was also promised a couple of Carnitas El Momo Tshirts over the phone and by the catering woman. It’s been over 7 months and still nothing. Im never eating or hiring this place again. I don’t recommend it. There are way too overhyped for sure. There’s way better carnitas in LA. Don’t waste your time or money here.Billy. You are a liar. You were NOT here and I didn’t give you or any man an envelope. I gave it to a woman in her late 20’s or early 30’s. You are a liar, I know how you look and you were not here at my wedding.I didn’t give you all a tip. I paid you what was pending only. You really think im going to tip someone that was late to my wedding? If you were here, then why did the young lady im talking about not direct me straight to you (the boss) instead I spoke to another woman over the phone who was also very unprofessional. You are a liar Billy. If you were here I would’ve dealt with you personally, I know how you look. You weren’t here.

Dont get catering from them. Had a horrible experience with them doing food for my wedding. They showed up late, the set up was horrible. Highly unsatisfied with the carnitas . Taste was bland, the beans were not even refried beans. Got 3 hours of catering and they already started cleaning up 1 hour ahead of time. The communication before i had made my deposit was fine then after that it was late responses and had trouble getting in contact with the coordinator. Should’ve cancelled after the deposit but wasnt going to give them 800 dollars for free. The day of the wedding my husband had to make a call to The catering peoples higher ups and let them know the issue. It was a mess and they only promised us a Free tshirt in return and 7 months later still havent gotten the tshirt. There was No effort in making it up. Bunk.

Delicious!! With an incredible flavor, fresh, well-reported tacos, their sauce with a special touch, excellent quality tortillas... the place is clean and the staff is very friendly.!!To return and highly recommend...keep taking care of your quality!!

Cool looking place inside and out. Carnitas were not salty, tasty and soft, cilantro had the stems which is the flavor and texture are, seasoned onion slices instad of chopped. Salsa had green and red, red needed more heat- but that me, lol. Horchata was the best I have had, all the flavors but with a slight creamy taste- amazing. I have to try the rest of the menu.
