For some reason a guy there a young short worker was rude and trying to intimidate me, not cool. I paid for my food with attitude I want a discount.

Have not been here for a long time - like years. The place reminds me of similar food place, shows the wear and tear of the place, back in my original country.

Food portion are generous even with inflation.

Best bang for your buck.

The food is good but the servers do not understand when you talk to them. They serve you with a bad attitude and the cashier over charged me. I did not notice until I was almost home. Beware if you go and pay attention what they charge.

Not good anymore the young new server person doesn't serve a fair amount for what u pay for the quality had gone down definitely not ever going again my family had the runs and I was hospitalized non the less u go at ur own cost and it now has a a c for see u later I DONT RECOMMEND PLEASE!!!! AND they just don't do it rite anymore was my spot for 16 years and sadly not no more ever

I've been here most of my life growing up and going to college across the street. The elder ladies are always so nice. Recently some young staff are the rudest people ever. Which is so unfortunate since I've recommended this place to many people. The food is good, but staff like that girlie rude for no reason.

I’ll won’t be getting their beef and broccoli anymore, the reason is cause they leave their broccoli outside in the back right nexts to the smelly trash and like homeless people go right there too and another thing is they had the broccoli outside while the wildfires was going on and all the ashes were going on the broccoli, you might think it was a one time thing but no it wasn’t, they do it constantly leaving their broccoli outside still, you guys can even check yourself, if anything just don’t get any of their food with the broccoli.

Very disappointed. We thought the service was going to be good but the employee gave us a bad attitude. We bought 22 dollar food but still can't pay card and is required to pay 75 cents to pay by card. Therefore, we decided to pay in cash but is missing 2 cents and the employee gave us an attitude just because we took time to look for the 2 cents we were missing. They also didn't give us chopsticks nor spoons for the food we ordered. Nevertheless, the receipt was also not given to us too! Very unsatisfied with the service given at Chinatown Express-Monterey Park.

Bad experience, I asked for the barbecue pork, and all the portion was mostly fat
