I've passed by this place many times. Sometimes there's limes of people. Always wanted to try their char siu bao. They have both steamed and baked types. I bought both types. I usually like the baked type more. But here both were good but I preferred the steamed ones more.

Took maybe like 5min wait at the pick up counter window, left of the cashier order window.
$1.99 steam BBQ pork bun - larger than expected. It's okay. Buy for a $2 buck snack from the area, it's fine.
