The app orders are never accurate. The people here always act like you’re an inconvenience. I’ve lived and worked in the area for two years and I have never had a good experience at this pollo loco.

Mac & cheese was watered down. Mashed potatoes was so soupy and had a foul smell. The gravy won't even mix, it seems broken. I dared to taste a tiny bit and it was bitter and water like. It smells like egg when I mix it.

Horrible service, I ordered a 16 pcs meal and only received 13 and 4 times called and no one would answer. I had to go back and they gave me 3 wings. If they sell by count one would expect them to be able to count to 16 as they sell a 16 pcs meal. Regret going.

I bought a chipotle chicken burrito and it had no chicken. Not only that but the burrito was so small compared to other locations.

I want to Thank Michael shift manager for taking care of me. Needed soup for my elderly mom who was struggling with her asthma.
He asked me if I could be patient and wait a little while so he can make so more soup since they were out.
My parents both said it was the best soup they have had a El pollo loco with plenty of chicken and lots of flavor. Mom felt better ? Thank you!

One register open only, and this is during lunch hours. I usually spend 20 to 25 minutes of my lunch hour waiting for my food after I place the order, and it's not only a one-time occasion. This happens every single time I come here for lunch. This is the only reason I don't come here often even though I love their food.
