Great selection of fruit teas, milk teas, and even a couple of coffees. Pretty decent customization options as well, allowing you to add different foams, toppings, ice level, and sweetness (up to 200% if you ask).
The staff is very kind and patient. Street parking out front and a lot in the back, with direct entrances to both.
The location is pretty echo-y, so it gets pretty loud when there are groups of people sitting inside talking over one another.
I typically prefer the Créme Brulee Dirty Boba with a Tiramisu foam substitution, but during the summer, I enjoy the fruit teas at 50% sugar and low ice. The fruit teas are far more fruit-forward and you may not taste much of the tea flavors.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. Tables are available and enough space to move around without getting out of your sight.

Big tea menu with lots of options. Fruit tea is really good and you have the option to control the sugar levels which is nice considering most other fruit tea tend to be very sweet. They have a rear door so you can park in the back instead of on the front street.

Easy to use touch screen to order. But tap and pay took multiple times before it would work. Wasn't super sweet even though ordered that way. Wasn't a fan of the cheese foam, too salty.
