FengYing GuiLin Rice Noodle

I just came across this place by chance and got interested in ‘rice noodles’ and never had any dish from Guilin before. I was pleasantly surprised to find a gems of cuisine! The owners are super-friendly and especially generous condiment booth much more so than any restaurants I’d seen. Plus the price is super economical. Because of such pleasant personalities and exceptional services of the owner couple, it makes the ambiance so unique and very cozy to dine in. Not to mention the taste of the dish is great! I love the chewy round rice noodles that seems to be hand-made. It reminds me of simple noodles made laboriously I encountered in a remote village in Laos where they called it ‘Khao Pun’ made fro slightly fermented rice that was pounded, steam and pounded again so the texture is soft but chewy. It came in delicious meat sauce. I got pork belly and beef ribs. I was surprised that beef ribs were debone making it very pleasant to eat. This place is a rare find and I’ll be back to try other dishes again

⭐️Three-piece rice noodles: If it’s your first time to eat, this one is the first choice! Fatty sausage + pot roast + beef, these are the highlights of this restaurant
⭐️Luxury all-inclusive: more satisfying! Fuller! On the basis of the three combinations, beef ribs + sour bamboo shoots + snails are added. But I don’t like snails very much, so I just ordered beef ribs + sour bamboo shoots.
