We came back here to drink at the place where we used to come often in the past. There used to be a long line waiting, but surprisingly, it was very quiet this time—no customers in line, just one person in front of me. I was excited to order my favorite drink, but oh my god, it tasted bad not much jasmine tea scent..The boba was hard and chewy, and I couldn’t even finish it. I brought it back to the counter and told them, but they refused to replace it or offer another drink. On top of that, the prices have gone up—now over $9—and they even add an extra credit card fee without telling customers. The quality of tea , toppings, and boba have gone down, and with customer service like this, we won’t be coming back again.

Still my go-to for large boba drinks when I’m in the SGV. The honey boba is warm and perfectly sweet. The menu can be overwhelming, but the staff will recommend if you tell them your vibe. The pudding add-in is silky and worth it. Parking is a bit chaotic—be patient

This place is a joke when it comes to quality and customer service. They use the lowest grade matcha possible—bitter, dull, and completely wrong for a proper matcha drink—yet charge $7 for it, plus an extra 3% credit card fee. When I pointed out the poor quality, the staff acted like I was crazy instead of handling it professionally. They don’t offer refunds, only a one-time replacement, and even then, they charged me extra to remake the drink. This kind of matcha might be passable in baked goods, but it has no business being used in a drink. I left with $7 in the trash can and full of regret. I work in the food industry, and it’s frustrating to see places cut corners instead of using quality ingredients. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

The tea was not a quality tea and the boba lacked texture. The pricing was quite expensive as well. There were also a million items on the menu so it was difficult to decide. The interior was a little strange as there were large walls covering their kitchen.

It’s really fun to come to the United States from Canada and taste Taiwanese food! It’s delicious even for takeout😭😭 Will come back again

Our favorite boba place to in the area. It’s our first boba stop every time we come to Rowland Heights. So many choices, but all are good.

We for the standard Milk Tea 25 percent sugar no toppings and green tea with sea salt latte.

The milk tea was really watered down.

The green tea was good but the sea salt cream lacked a lot of flavor.

I remember half & half being better before.

They gave me an extra drink cause they accidentally made an extra. The staff are nice.

Half & Half - with the OG brown sugar milk tea. This business is still around. They have the same styles, cups, and extensive menus.

At this location off Atlantic, there is free parking behind the businesses.

Brown sugar iced milk with pudding and boba. Get this and you will not be disappointed! Check their IG for promos.

There aren't any tables inside for sitting, but there are benches. There are a few tables in the outside courtyard area.

Love everything about this place especially the generous regular size drink, the superb taste, above other boba places we’ve tried, and the service. We were able to control the augar level which I LOVED! You have our fun drinks business from now on!!!

Must try the green bean topping! It’s sooooo nice for summer. I had it in my green tea milk green and it worked perfectly! Their cups are huge. No parking lot but can park on the street.
