Listening to the chef's accent, he really is a Hunan chef. I ordered the eggplant with egg and pepper and spicy pork belly with rice. The dishes were enough. The two of us took them home and had another meal. Freshly fried and delicious.
As a person who loves Hunan cuisine, today I found this old Hunan cuisine restaurant that has been open for more than 20 years. The restaurant is not big, but the taste is great. I give the Hunan restaurant a big thumbs up.

In this inconspicuous little shop, you can eat authentic Hunan specialties, such as stir-fried pork face with Chinese celery, steamed panda bamboo shoots with rice bran sausage, stir-fried bacon with garlic, and minced pork with shredded lentils.
