I came to get a pick up order and Luz who was working the front seemingly didn’t want to help me but proceeded to keep helping others that came up to pay for their orders. You know when you’re being ignored and this was classic example. I had to wait for another employee to come help me and I literally just needed to grab my order that I could see on the counter behind the register. Guess I didn’t look like the typical customer IHOP caters to. I go somewhere else in the future

Went in for the free stack of pancakes and ended up ordering a whole breakfast for my little family. The service was great. We were attended quickly and the food was good.
Found hair on my plate, lipstick on the rim of the coffee cup, and as I opened the small creamer, a lump of spoiled creamer came out. Just lost my overall appetite after that. Just the person who seats people kept seating people before us when we got there 1st so, we waited a bit extra. The only good was our server, she was really respectful. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. I use to come here as a kid but now I remember why I stopped coming here.
