Terrible customers service, I order from the kiosk inside the store, I always ask for a pistachio frappe. And this time my drink taste terrible, no ice, only milk and boba, i don’t know who’s making the drinks but, not today. And I’m tasting old pistachio, not good boba, not good👎

Came here and order matcha green milk tea, i was told there wouldnt be any charge for Boba, the guy at the register says they Charge for the Boba but on the receipt it wasn't charge, they should train the employee and let the employees be in the same page, their giving false info. And its confusing because either they charge or don't charge. So pls if you come here make sure they dont over charge you on any drink. I wouldnt come here again, theres other place has matcha green tea milk with Boba and it is as good as it gets. From my experience here customer service wasnt good.

This business consistently deletes my reviews. You'd figure someone with nearly 35M views would keep track of their reviews. For deleting my reviews you get 1 star, now everyone knows you inflate your rating.
Your milk tea at this location is often tasteless, inconsistent, and does a disservice to what milk tea should be. They appear to cut corners because this is a high traffic area; they're basically doing what Chipotle does in this business lot by being as cheap as possible with the product, maybe it's the economy?
My drink will frequently taste like lightly flavored brown water, no tea, no sugar taste. I have to bring it up to staff to have them fix it so it at least has a sweet taste to make it feel like I'm not drinking the color brown with a tea label slapped on it.

When I drank my boba I felt something in it so I spit it out and there was a hair in the drink and then after I chewed a boba and it made a little crunch I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to crunch 1 star

This location has very slow service. Unlike other locations, this site did not allow us to add extra fruit/flavors to our drinks. We also waited a long time to receive our drinks. When we finally received them, our drinks were flavorless. They tasted like blended ice with a hint of fruit. We had to go back to request new drinks. The staff was friendly and agreed to remake them. We waited another 15 minutes only for the drinks to taste SLIGHTLY better; they were still pretty flavorless. I will not be returning to this location due to the long wait time & bland drinks.
Ordered 3 smoothies in their kiosk as they had signs that if you’re paying with card to pay in the kiosk. After ordering I waited about 30 minutes to be called for my order but was never called, I had to go to the worker and ask about my order and she had stored it away never calling me to pick it up.

I was looking for a good drink spot and this popped up.
I ordered a strawberry pineapple smoothie with egg pudding & it was delicious. Probably one of the best ice drinks I’ve ever had. The flavor was perfect and the mix of ingredients just hit right.
If you’re paying by card or Apple Pay, you are pushed towards the kiosks, for cash that’s when you go to the register. I’d definitely come back here again for my boba cravings.

We came here on a Sunday around 2:30pm. Place wasn't packed at all! We ordered an Acai bowl and it took 30mins to make!! The customer service is really non-existent here.. I can go to a sit in restaurant and it would have been faster!

They did not take the time to blend the ingredients I had a huge chunk of strawberry and thick ice in my son’s strawberry banana slushy and my Thai tea was all Ice and nothing else horrible experience I’ve been here before but never this disappointed ?
