Came around lunch time. Ordered Popcorn Chicken ($8.99) and Frosty Milk ($6). Popcorn Chicken came with sauces.I asked cashier about what is the K sauce… cashier said no idea and didn’t even try to help. I ordered the K sauce anyway, as it turns out.. it’s a spicy sweet sauce.Chicken is meh. Not something I would recommend. Frosty milk is sweet as expected, but is still on the sweeter side of things.Overall, a bit pricey for quality received.Overall

I enjoyed my experience at this boba time. The staff was very nice and friendly, the young guy that took my order I believe was called Jovani was very kind and gave me great recommendations for drinks. I had the strawberry Oreo boba it was so amazing would definitely come back to get another one.

I enjoy going to the Boba Time in Monterey Park, such a lovely environment. The staff are so friendly, the drinks and açaí bowls I order always come out great. It’s a great place for you to sit down with your friends or study. I usually order a pistachio frappe with almond milk, definitely recommend! Geo and France are so friendly, they always take my order.Parking: There’s plenty of parking.

I am currently disabled and love Boba Time locations except for this location today. I went to this store as my first choice BUT I only had a $100 bill and no other form of payment. There is no sign posted where they do not accept bills over $20 and denied me service. I am extremely upset and wasted my time at this location. The $100 bill with Franklin's picture is still American currency in the USA if i am not mistaken. Post a sign if you do not accept large bills!!! Today's customer service was bad especially to the disabled.Little did they realize, i review local businesses in a fair manner. This review is truth and was appauled by their customer service!
This is the first time i've been in this location. It's pretty busy so it's understandable that the cashier is a lil rude and trying to rush you when you order .

We were eating dinner nearby and came here for desserts. They weren't too busy when we arrived. They have cool Halloween decorations inside. Service was alright. Our drinks were made pretty quick. We ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba & Taro Milk Tea. The taro milk tea was not bad, but the jasmine milk tea with boba wasn't good. It didn't have any jasmine tea flavor and the bobas were hard to chew. They are located inside the Atlantic Times Square plaza. There's plenty of parking and very close to ELAC. So fast the best It's Boba Time location is inside the Santa Anita Mall. The other 2 locations (Monterey Park & Alhambra) have very bland drinks and nasty bobas.

Please if you’re EVER IN THE AREA ASK FOR LEVY!! THE BEST CUSTOMER INTERACTION IVE HAD IN FOREVER! I had to make this just to say thank you levy. I don’t think I’ve had such joy in my life from a conversation in 20 years atleast! It’s good to see a great person doing great work!
