Jersey Mike's Subs

This place is amazing great staff very helpful. 11YR old asking question, they answer all of her sub questions. Great place and clean. Form the guys making the subs in the line to the guys cooling up the hot subs. For sure will come more often and try a hot sub. Thank you team JMs 😊

One word sums it up, "terrible". Probably the worst location I have been to in a long time. Super slow, and they put way too little on the sandwiches, jersey Mike's is known for having a lot of meat on the sandwich sliced to order, this one really under delivered. I should have just went to a Subway for this kind of bad service and food quality. The workers look and act like they don't even care about their jobs. Never returning to this location. Horrible.

As a loyal Jersey Mikes customer I have bought sandwiches at this location on many occasions and it seems their portions are not as generous as other locations I have visited. Where other locations are not afraid to load the meat, this locations seems to only to give you the minimum.
Since Jersey Mikes does not weigh the amount of meat coming off slicer, there’s no way of knowing if everything is equal. All I know is that visually, other Jersey Mikes don’t mind making sure you get a nice sandwich. And it seems like from other posts, this problem has been going on for over a year. Doesn’t Corporate investigate issues like this? I understand some may think this is totally subjective, but until the managers at the Atlantic location change their meat portions, I will be buying my sandwiches at other Jersey Mikes locations even if I have to travel further. This customer is not happy. Fix the problem now!

The worst experience

My first time at a Jersey Mike’s and a Philly cheese steak was on my mind.

I just had their largest Philly cheese steak and it was delicious. I think if I would have ate it in store it would have been better because for to go, parts of the bread got soggy. Overall it was a solid sandwich and it was delicious, I was satisfied for lunch.

I’d definitely come back to try the other menu items.

Horrible service, not sure if due to training or policy, but definitely not from being short staffed.
Placed a mobile order and went in at my time to pick it up. There were already two people waiting for their pickups, and a large ish group placing an order. There were 3 staff, 1 on the phone at the register and two with the group. Once the guy get off the phone (with a complaint sounded like) he went to help with the group. We could see there were multiple bags ready, behind the counter.
By the end of it there were 5 people total waiting for pickup and it took them 15 minutes past the pickup time to simply place the bags on the counter for everyone to pick up, didn't even call names or check orders or anything. Absolutely no reason they couldn't have done that earlier.
Never coming back.

Felt rushed ordering my sandwich they didnt bother asking what kind of bread i wanted or condiments.

How are you gonna have a restaurant with no change!?! You can't! That's the answer! I'm ordering sandwiches for my whole family and it's about 80 bucks. I gave the guy 100 bucks and he tells me they can't accept anything over 20. I'm like my man it's 80 bucks how are you not going to accept it. Worst part is we all forgot and we did it like two more times. Get your act together Jersey Mike's.

I ordered a buffalo sandwich to go. When I received the sandwich there were only small chunks of chicken that I had to tear apart the sandwich to find. On top of that there wasn’t even any buffalo sauce. This was after they forgot a bag of chips in our order. The bag of chips they did remember were so stale that they were unedibleWhen I called to report the problem, the call take began to laugh and then told me the manager was the one who made the sandwich. They offered a refund but they have lost my business and me as a customer forever.

A thousand Subways all over this area if you don’t like to wait for a quality fresh sandwich.People be complaining about how slow they are don’t know fresh.Good things are worth waiting for, especially a yummy delicious sandwich.It’s only the customers that make it an uncomfortable experience, talking to you Karen.
