How are you gonna have a restaurant with no change!?! You can't! That's the answer! I'm ordering sandwiches for my whole family and it's about 80 bucks. I gave the guy 100 bucks and he tells me they can't accept anything over 20. I'm like my man it's 80 bucks how are you not going to accept it. Worst part is we all forgot and we did it like two more times. Get your act together Jersey Mike's.

I ordered a buffalo sandwich to go. When I received the sandwich there were only small chunks of chicken that I had to tear apart the sandwich to find. On top of that there wasn’t even any buffalo sauce. This was after they forgot a bag of chips in our order. The bag of chips they did remember were so stale that they were unedibleWhen I called to report the problem, the call take began to laugh and then told me the manager was the one who made the sandwich. They offered a refund but they have lost my business and me as a customer forever.

If you're ever in need for a good sub, you can always go to Jersey Mike's this location recently opened and in Monterey Park. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I truly recommend this location. I am allergic to pork, and as I ordered my sub, I shared my allergy to the staff that was helping me. The young lady that took my order went beyond the call of duty. She made sure that the person preparing my sub was aware of my allergies. Staff brought a clean blade to cut my meat, so that the deli meat was not contaminated with any pork now when someone takes the time to make sure that when you leave their location, you're happy, and you are trusting that they heard and understood your health condition. If I could give this location 100 stars I would. GOOD JOB LADIES

Absolutely horrible!! They are always understaffed. When order online, food to be made takes over an hour! Presentation is always horrible! Bottle are a always smashed or look opened. Nothing has changed, it just gets worse

Very rude service was waiting in line for 10mins with no one help me ..once i got help they ask what i wanted to get ask for my meal then she walk to the back and left me there she was more worried about gossip than the customer another customer walk out right after me so i know this place isn't gonna last long,

I had lunch at Jersey Mike for the first time, and I was very impressed by the staff at the Monterey Park branch they are helpful andpatient. The staff there waits on you with a great attitude. The sandwiches were delicious!! Fresh and tasty.

Great great food. Excellent flavor. The sandwich bread was very fresh and aromatic. The sandwich itself was tasty and juicy. Nice staff. Just wish they'd paid better attention to the online orders. Had to remind them that the order was pending and I got it 20 minutes after it was due. They were quickly trying to catch up on all their online orders, and in their hurry, missed a couple of details about the order. E.g. I wanted a different bread for my sandwich than the one I'd gotten.I will still go here again. I hope they just pay better attention to the online orders and details. They were still nice about it and the food is still great. Definitely no bad attitudes about having made a mistake, so I feel that they have the good character to dot their i's and cross their t's a little better in the future.
