This place has got to be one of my favorite restaurant I've found. Their House special fish fillet is just like a gift from heaven. Something about the combination of savory, umami, and a bit of sweetness in the sauce makes the dish irresistible. Service was fast and efficient. Ambiance is ok.

This hidden gem is in the heart of MPK serving FRESH and delicious seafood. The food was on point!!! Hands down to Andy and staff who went above and beyond to make sure we got the right dish for our appetite. Staff were friendly, informative, and communicated well. Come support your local family owned community and you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, we ordered our food through Door Dash, so we didn't have the dining experience. However, our food was still hot and savory. Only regret was not ordering a larger appetizer dish.

Love this place! My mom loves the fish soup with noodles. Their chicken soup is delicious also. Our family loves the house special fish. We also love the salt and pepper shrimp... to lick your fingers good!

We came here as a group to celebrate a friend's dinner. The food was just okay - it's the standard Chinese restaurant with good enough pricing. However, I wasn't swooned by the flavors of the dishes. We came on a Friday night and it was near empty, people started rolling in about 9:00pm. The service was pretty good and the staff was very attentive. The restaurant has changed a lot since we came here last back in 2018, it is really nice to see them still in business especially after COVID. As for the dishes, this is our classic order for a group of 6: - Pork chops with salt & pepper - Ong choy - Chicken wings with salt & pepper - Honey walnut shrimp - Beef Chow Fun (with gravy) - Clams with basil sauce They were also playing 2000's R&B all night which was appreciated by our group, hah!

over cooked. Server was rude. Ask for 2 cup of ice water and they never brought it over. For a place that wasn't busy. Food over all is not good.

Kim Tar is a restaurant from childhood in SGV which I haven't been to in years but have gone back a couple of times recently. We went on a Sunday - two families including a baby - and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu had a lunch special of $12.50 per dish for a variety of items (beef, shrimp and other seafood included!) and to my surprise this was available everyday, including the weekend! They are smaller portion than regular entrees but we ordered multiple dishes to share and still had leftovers. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious, and we plan to return soon!

Excellent Cantonese and Chauzhou food including their roast pork, duck and soy sauce chicken. We also like their house chowmien and chowfen.

Terrible food and terrible service. They only welcome Chinese people. Major discrimination here. They didn't even want to bring us tea, and we have to ask 5 times for the tea. Ridiculous!!!
